Whether you want to be a camp counselor, teach girls to ride and care for horses, learn life-saving techniques at the pool, or help girls climb high on a ropes course, GSNorCal has a leadership program for you. Research shows that Girl Scout campers do better than their non-camper peers at leadership, teamwork, confidence, and perseverance, and Girl Scouts who participate in our leadership programs receive even greater benefits. Regardless of your career aspirations, a camp leadership training program will enhance your resume and build skills for the future.

These leadership training opportunities have limited space, so girls must submit an application at the time of registration. For more information regarding the application process, visit camp.gsnorcal.org/leadership and apply by May 1, 2020. Girls will return home between sessions.
