Meaningful, local impact every year...
The Green Kirkland Partnership is an alliance between the City of Kirkland, nonprofit partners, businesses,
and the community to restore more than 500 acres of natural areas in the City. The majority of this work is
completed by dedicated volunteers, guided by the City’s 20-Year Forest and Natural Areas Restoration Plan,
and supported by dynamic, forward thinking local partners like YOU. We hope you’ll join us in 2020!

Does your team have a favorite Kirkland park?
Green Kirkland Partnership hosts dozens of corporate volunteer habitat restoration events every year.
Volunteers of all skills and abilities are warmly welcomed at these exceptional team building opportunities.
Green Kirkland provides all of the tools, training, and event coordination. All you need to do is gather your
group and get pumped to have fun while making a meaningful, long-term contribution to the health and
wellness of our entire community. Better yet, adopt a favorite location and visit the site three or four times
each year. This is the best way to experience the full cycle of natural area restoration and is tremendously
rewarding. Participants are always blown away by the difference a committed group of volunteers can make!
Questions about corporate sponsorship and volunteer opportunities can be directed to Jodie Galvan,
Green Kirkland Partnership Supervisor, at [email protected] or 425.587.3305. Thank you!
