02 MINING Miramar Logistics International (MLI) works with many external companies to supply duly qualified contractors who supplement and strengthen the MLI workforce at mining sites worldwide. Codelco, one of MLI’s place-ment sites, is the world’s largest copper producer with more than $20.835 billion USD in assets, and in 2011, its equity totaled $6.065 billion USD. The Company devel-ops its global operations through six mining divisions, and is coordinated from its Headquarters in Santiago, Chile. MLI’s HR capabilities include: Service Workforce, Business Admin, Information & Technology, Engineers, Maintenance, and Security personnel. In early 2015, MLI teamed with PhalanxSSI to design, engineer, and integrate the most technologically advanced security equipment for our mining partners.

01 OUR EXPERIENCEMiramar’s Special Forces have served worldwide, including Iraq, Afghanistan, Haiti, and UAE, under the banner of the US Department of Defense with DynCorp, Triple Canopy, Blackwater, EODT, AMK9, and others. Our soldiers are DoD Certified with special training in PSD, Convoy Escort, K-9 Handling, CQB, Counter Ter-rorism Operations, small unit tactics, PSD driving, and Emergency Medicine (Paramedics). MLI contracts have included close protection for U.S. Embassies world-wide, World Leaders, Dignitaries, and State Department personnel.
