RATES:
Rates are net, non-commissionable. Guest rooms and the preferred corporate rate are subject to availability. Rates do not include State and City tax, currently at 13%.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check in time is 3:00pm and check out is 12:00pm. Guests arriving prior to 3:00
pm will be accommodated as guestrooms become available. The Hotel does
provide complimentary storage for baggage.

Currently, the Aloft Miami Dadeland offers self-parking at $10.00 per vehicle, per night.

GUESTROOM RESERVATIONS / BILLING It is our understanding that each individual will call in to place their reservations.
Individual reservations may be confirmed by calling our reservations department at
1-855-811-0225. It will be necessary for each individual to request the BAPTIST
HEALTH SOUTH FLORIDA. rate in order to obtain this special rate.
Failure to cancel a guaranteed reservation by 6pm on the day of arrival will result in a charge of one night’s room and tax, which will be applied to the credit card
used to guarantee that reservation. If a deposit had been collected for the
reservation in question, such deposit will be non-refundable if not cancelled by 6pm on the day of arrival. Each attendee will be responsible for their room, tax and
incidental charges. All reservations require a major credit card to guarantee the
booking.
Each guest will be required to provide a credit card for incidentals at check in. An
authorization of $50.00 per day, per room will be taken at that time.

Complimentary to all residents, inside parking coverage garage. Each apartment
has one (1) parking space. Entrance to the garage is controlled by a gate opener (FOB) Most apartment park at the same floor they will reside.
Housekeeping services once a week: Each apartment has a pre-assigned
Housekeeping day services are from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm – Monday to Friday
except holidays - . Clients are not required to stay in the apartment. Housekeeping
staff will stay in the apartment approximately 1 to 3 hours , depending on the apartment needs.
Utilities Included: Electric, water, Cable TV (HBO) wireless internet.
Mail delivery / small packages: We deliver to the apartment or to the locker all
correspondences or small packages
SELF-CHECKING, CHECKOUT PROCEDURES - also can Checking at the
office 1-C Checking after 2.00 Pm - Checkout by 12.00 noon EST. If after business hours on
weekends or holidays, you can use the self-checking locker. Lockers are pin code
secure. Instructions sent via email (reservation confirmation). Express checkout box are found in the garage exit and also at the main entrance of the building.
Checkout NOTE : Garage openers must be returned at checkout. Penalty for lost
damage or non-returned FOB is $100.00
PAYMENTS:
Payments are made upon arrival, or the week of the arrival. We accept , most major credit cards, bank wire transfers and corporate checks.

We have 19 furnished service apartments, totally turnkey, ready to move in. They all have full size kitchen with all
major appliances, including inside unit washer and dryer. From Studios with 800 Sq Ft , to two bedrooms – two baht
with private sundeck at 2400 Sq Ft. I have prepared the following Corporate Preferred Rate Agreement, and what I trust you will be acceptance.
RATES
Rates are net/non commissionable. Taxes will apply at 13%. For stays over 185 nights. Taxes are waived.
. LENGTH OF STAY
We specialize in short rentals. Most of our reservations are month to month. We have a minimum stay of 15 nights. When in need of less than 15 nights, please call me, or email me. We will accommodate your request.
Our building is mix use – commercial
and residential . All resident areas are
accessible by key card. Only the residents in our apartments have
access to those areas. This brings and
extra layer of security and privacy to our residents.

Cancellations:
In the events required due to change in hotel services, facilities or temporary
that a confirmed reservation needs to be cancelled, notification must be made
prior to 6:00pm on the date of arrival. Failure to cancel a guaranteed
reservation under Hotel policy will result in cancellation charge of that night’s
room and tax.

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY:

Mileage: Unlimited when returning to renting city
One Way Rentals: Vehicles returned outside of the renting city definition will be at the appropriate corporate rate plus a fee of $0.35 per mile drive
One Day Surcharge: In the US, a $5 additional surcharge applies to all one day
rentals commencing on a Tuesday or Wednesday
LDW: LDW is included for business rentals at participating locations in the
Continental US and Puerto Rico and applies on all rates except Tour Rates, Insurance Replacement Rates and Dealer Service Loaner Rates
Weekly/Monthly Multiple: US weekly rates will be charged 5.8X times the daily
rate. Monthly rates will be charged 4X times the weekly rate Refueling: Hertz will offer a refueling rate of $5.25 USD per gallon for business rentals refueled at
participating locations in the Continental US.
Other Car Classes: a 5% discount will apply on published standard daily rates for other car classes.
Minimum Age Requirement: All renters are required to meet Hertz’s standard qualifications in effect at the time and place of rental for financial responsibility
and for renting or operating Hertz vehicles. In the US the minimum age for any
renter authorized operators to receive any rates, discounts or other benefits under this agreement is age 20 without an age differential charge, except in the New York
Pool where minimum rental age is 20 with an age differential charge.
International Discounts: Canada 5%, Western Europe and Israel 10%, Africa & Middle East 10%, Latin America and Caribbean 10%, Japan 15%, Eastern Europe
and Iceland 5%, Asia, Australia and Pacific 10% New York Metropolitan Tri-State
Area Corporate Rate Availability: Contract Rates do not apply during the following periods: Manhattan – 12:01 am Friday to 3:00 pm Sunday All other Metropolitan
Tri-State Area Locations – 1:00 pm Friday to 3:00 pm Sunday.

National brand locations located outside of National's top 100 airport locations may impose a surcharge of $6 per day in addition to the Corporate Daily Rate set forth
above. The locations listed in the top 100 airport locations are Cargo Data Reports
published by the Federal Aviation Administration.
The following New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut locations: New York
Airports, Manhattan, Westchester, Islip, Jersey City, Keyport, Edison, Princeton,
Stamford, Hightstown, East Windsor, Newark, and the New York City Boroughs (collectively, “NY Locations”) shall apply an additional surcharge of $25.00 per
day in addition to the Corporate Daily Rates for Group One Locations. Weekly and
Monthly Factors. The weekly rate for which Corporate Daily Rate for the Vehicle Class rented. For rentals of twenty-four through thirty-one consecutive days, the
monthly rate for which Customer shall be responsible will be four (4) times the
weekly rate for the Vehicle Class rented.
Weekend Rentals. For weekend rentals originating in Manhattan, JFK and LGA Airports, the standard daily undiscounted rate at the time of reservation for the
rental period shall apply. Mileage. Corporate Daily Rates for Compact through
Premium vehicle classes include unlimited free miles per day, unlimited free miles per week, and 2,500 free miles per month; all other vehicle classes include 150 free
miles per day, 1,050 free miles per week, and 2,500 free miles per month.
Additional miles will be charged at $0.20 per mile
Eligible Renters. Provider will assess an additional charge when the Eligible Renter
is between the ages of twenty-one (21) and twenty-four (24), provided the rental is
pursuant to this Agreement. Customer may be required to verify the Eligible
Renter status of any person claiming to be an employee or other Eligible Renter of
Customer in the event that person has or causes an accident. If Customer does not
verify the Eligible Renter status of the person in question, Provider will not provide
any of the Driver Protection Products afforded to Eligible Renters hereunder to that
person unless required by applicable law.
