You’re Invited to participate in the 2020 Kids Mobility Network Charity Golf Tournament.
Kids Mobility Network and KD Kanopy & Graphic Applications invite you to join us as we raise funds to
provide wheelchairs and medical equipment to children with disabilities across Colorado and beyond.
Use this event to build your brand amongst prime consumers, illustrate your product or service offering,
and fund a meaningful and important mission. Your logo will be showcased as soon as you commit to your
sponsorship and will be displayed in all correspondence. The sooner you become a sponsor, the greater

Golfers’ participation fees include a ticket to the dinner party. Many other attendees do not play golf, but
attend the dinner party. Your sponsorship includes exposure at the golf tournament as well as the after-golf
happy hour and dinner party to maximize your impressions with all guests.
WHY SPONSOR THIS EVENT? Kids Mobility Network provides critical durable medical equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers, standers
and other equipment to children with disabilities. We serve the uninsured and under-insured families of
our community that have no other options to receive this critical medical equipment. Kids Mobility
Network is the only organization of its type and the only option for these great kids. Having the proper
equipment allows kids to maximize their independence, mobility and safety. It allows them to better access
their community and better participate with their peers in play, school, medical services and any other
activity that children enjoy to grow and develop.
Because Kids Mobility Network’s mission is to serve children with disabilities, there is nothing controversial
about supporting the organization and creates a positive brand association in the community.

Our 2020 tournament is expected to sell out as it has the previous five years! We’ll once again be hosting
an after-golf dinner party, which we expect to be very well attended by our non-golfing friends as well.
Our dinner party includes a quality dinner, a live auction, a silent auction, and music. Our dinner party is

We have established a variety of sponsorship packages for you to choose from. Each of the sponsorship levels
provides the opportunity to interact with our participants; marketing and exposure through our website,

Platinum Sponsorship Package (One Available)
As a Platinum Sponsor, you have the opportunity to work with event organizers to customize a sponsorship

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE • Participation: Golfers will begin to purchase their foursomes in the Spring 2020
• Registration: Registration will open at 9 am on the day of the tournament
o Hole Sponsors will be able to set up a display at their hole if they wish
• Lunch: We will have 3 stations on the golf course for hot lunch
• Golf: Golfers will tee off in a shotgun format at 10:30 am
• Dinner Party: After golf dinner party will begin immediately following golf
o Silent Auction will close
o Sponsors will be announced and highlighted from the podium
o Sponsors will also be displayed continuously on a large projection screen
o Live Auction

TOURNAMENT VENUE
The Kids Mobility Network Charity Golf Tournament is a premier golf event. All attendees are provided
with lunch, golf, unlimited access to the practice range, golf cart, snacks, soft drinks, free beer during golf,
a ticket to our dinner party, and a participant gift bag.
Our 2020 event will be held at the prestigious, private Meridian Golf Club - a Jack Nicklaus Championship
course. The golf course offers challenging play for golfers of all types, skill levels and handicaps.
Our after-golf dinner party takes place at the golf course in the clubhouse, patio and adjacent party tent.
The venue provides easy access for sponsors, participants and other guests. The vast open spaces that a golf
course offers provide adequate space to display sponsors’ displays without overcrowding, which provides
very good brand recognition and retention with attendees.
Our tournament provides an opportunity to play a quality, private golf course that is ordinarily only open
to members.
