Minimum Spend A minimum spent requirement applies to the food and beverage component of all wedding bookings. Accommodation is not included in the minimum spend requirement. Monday to Thursday $ 7,000 Friday, $ 8,500 Saturday, Sunday $15,000 Long Weekends and Public Holidays $20,000

Terms & Conditions All evening wedding packages commence no later than 6.00pm, and access time for set up purposes will depend on the day, date and time of the wedding. We will liaise with you on this point. Please understand that we reserve the right to trade from the booked space prior to the commencement of your function.

Deposit & Payment Once you’ve decided on your date and preferred catering option, we will finalise your booking with the correct costings and send you a wedding agreement and a tax invoice. The deposit and payment requirements are listed below. Please note your booking will not be confirmed until you have paid the required deposit.

25% of total contracted price if booking falls outside 3 months 50% of total contracted price if booking falls within 3 months

Final balance due and payable 30 days prior to event date

Payments may be made via direct debit into the account listed below. We also accept credit card payments (charges apply.)

Refunds We are a small business operating in a tourist town, and as such cancellations affect us greatly. Should your plans change for whatever reason, our refund policy is listed below:

6 months prior to event date $1000 administration fee 3 – 6 months prior to event date 50% of the deposit Within 30 days of the event date 100% of the deposit
