The technical standards for connection shall apply to terminal facilities connected to telecommunications circuit facilities of telecommunication carrier by users.

Technical Standards for Connection of Terminal Facility

Basis of technical regulations of Terminal

facilities

Technical standards shall ensure following .

1 The technical standards shall not result in damage to the telecommunications circuit facilities nor cause problems to their functions.

2 The technical standards shall not cause trouble to other users of the telecommunications circuit facilities.

3 The demarcations of responsibilities between the telecommunications circuit facilities installed by the telecommunications carrier and the terminal facilities

connected to them by users shall be clearly specified.
