    MENUS

    When it comes to our wedding menus, these options are just a sampling of what our hotel can offer to your guests.

    Our talented culinary team will be delighted to customize any menu to better suit your needs.

    Upon request, special accommodations can be made for guests with dietary restrictions.

    All food & beverage must be supplied and prepared by the hotel and consumed on the premise.

    MENU TASTING

    Once a contract is signed, your Wedding Specialist will set a time for your menu tasting.

    This tasting will be scheduled 3-4 months prior to your wedding for the bridal couple + two (2) guests

    to try the selected entrees. Menu tastings are held Tuesday-Saturday and are based on availability.

    KIDS & VENDOR MEALS

    Kids menus are available for children ages 3-12 at $20.00 each (exclusive of service charge & sales tax).

    One selection to be made for all children in group. Vendor meals consist of a chef’s choice hot plated meal

    and are available upon request at $35.00 each (exclusive of service charge & sales tax). *pricing is subject to change*

    GUARANTEES

    Anticipated guest count, timeline & all final details are due fourteen (14) business days prior to event.

    Final guest count & Signed Banquet Event Order is due no later than three (3) business days prior to your event.

    This number will be considered your final guarantee and is not subject to reduction. If your actual guest count exceeds the final guarantee, appropriate charges will be incurred

    and menu substitutions may be necessary.

    SERVICE CHARGE & SALES TAX

    A 24% taxable service charge and an 8.5% prevailing sales tax will be added to all food & beverage charges,

    as well as any additional audio/visual and function room set up/rental fees. 12% of the service charge covers

    gratuity that is fully distributed to all employees servicing your event. *pricing is subject to change*

    MINIMUM REVENUE

    A food & beverage minimum requirement will apply to your event. Your Wedding Specialist will notify you of your minimum prior to contracting. If the event’s food and beverage purchases equal or exceed the contracted minimum,

    no room rental will be charged. If less is purchased, the difference between the minimum and the actual purchase

    will be assessed as a room rental fee. The minimum is exclusive of service charge, sales tax and all additional fees.

    Only food & beverage ordered through the hotel will apply.

    DEPOSITS

    A 25% non-refundable deposit of the anticipated food & beverage revenue is required to secure space at the time of

    contract signature. Additional deposits leading up to your special day will be based upon your food & beverage

    minimum plus all applicable taxes & fees—speak with your Wedding Specialist for more information.

    Please note that the all final payment is due no later than 72 hours prior to the wedding date.

    PARKING

    The hotel is valet only. Wedding guests will receive a discounted valet rate for event parking.

    For wedding guests staying the night at the hotel, overnight parking is $28.00 per car.

    Vendors are responsible for their own parking fees.
