1. TRA CANCELLATION DUE TO LOW ENROLLMENT
The TRA may need to cancel programs with insufficient registration or due to instructor availability. Should this
occur, participants may choose from the following options:
A) Transfer to another program where space is still available.
B) Receive an account credit on the household TRA account.
C) Receive a cheque for the full amount of the program, which will be available for pick up within 3-6
weeks after the class cancellation.
Should a class be cancelled, you will be notified by phone or email no later than two days prior to the commence-
ment of the class and will be asked to select one of these three options at this time.
2. WITHDRAWAL/TRANSFER REQUESTS
All program withdrawals/transfer requests must be made in writing to the Recreation Manager at
For your convenience and flexibility, a refund will be issued should the withdrawal request be sent 14 or more
days before the program start date in the form of account credit or cheque, less a $15 administration fee.
• Requests to withdraw from a program less than 14 days prior to the first day of program will be charged a 25%
program fee and a $15 administration fee will apply.
• After two classes into the program, refunds will be issued for medical reasons only and a doctor’s note may be
required. A pro-rated refund will be issued and the $15 administration fee will apply.
• Refunds will not be issued to participants who are unable to attend rescheduled make-up classes for seasonal/
outdoor programs.
• Failure to attend a class does not cancel the enrollment and refunds will not be issued.
• Refunds of $25 or less will only be credited to the household TRA account.
• NSF cheques are subject to an additional $50 fee.
The Tuscany Residents Association (TRA) greatly values your business! For this reason, we have designed our
cancellation policy to better suit the needs of our valued customers. No exceptions will be made to the policy
outlined below, therefore please review carefully.
Coming for a visit? All residents aged 12+ must have their membership card to gain access to any of the
TRA indoor or outdoor facilities or sign out gym equipment. Your membership is automatically renewed
when your annual fees are paid.
Don’t have a card? The Tuscany Club must see a copy of your certificate of title and ID showing proof of
residency, in order to receive your permanent membership cards.

Come make a big splash with us while we explore the wet and wild side of Calgary. We will play water games, have some splash park fun and enjoy a tropical day at *Sikome Lake*.

Continue the Canada Day celebrations with a whole week of everything Canadian.
This short week will be filled with plenty of outdoor time, games, water play and a
visit to the *Bow Habitat Station*.
Be a tourist in your own town. Highlights of this week will include a
trip to the Stampede Grounds (no rides) and some good old Western
fun. Remember to join us on Saturday, July 13th from 9:30-11:30am
for our 22nd TRA Annual Stampede Breakfast!
From Zumba, to yoga to tennis and more. We will explore different sports and activities, wear our favorite jerseys, and cool off with some water games.

Planets, potions, space and spells! Shooting stars and funny smells! Come join us for a cosmic combination of space and science. We will be exploring our universe, the galaxies and stars and making potions. We will round out this week with a trip to TELUS Spark!

Bring your Safari hat because we are going on an epic adventure! For this
Shorter week we will head to the Calgary Zoo and visit animals from around
the world. We may even have a few of our reptile friends drop by and visit
us at the Tuscany Club!

Let’s meet the superheroes of Calgary, and yes that includes you! Dress as your favorite super hero one day, join us for a game of laser tag on another, and the rest of the week will be jammed packed with crafts, activities, and more!
Merry Christmas and Happy Halloween! Join us on this holiday adventure as we dedicate each day to celebrating a different holiday. We will be writing letters to Santa, searching for Easter Eggs, and visiting some of our monster friends at Monster Mini Golf.

Join us as we combine learning, fun and adventure in this dynamic camp! Bricks 4 Kidz preschool programs em-phasize fine motor skills, spatial awareness, pre-literacy & pre-math concepts through a variety of hands-on project builds based on a new theme each day (animals, pirates, vehicles, space). Kids will round out the remainder of their morning with active games, creative arts and more!
Bring LEGO® Bricks to life with coding! The ability to code is a key component of technology education today. Our coding programs will teach students important strategies to enhance their logic and problem-solving skills, as well as help them work toward becoming technological innovators of tomorrow. Our programs offer skill level progression of coding concepts as students advance through multiple levels from beginner through advanced. Students will build models with LEGO® Education’s WeDo or EV3 elements, then control their models with the
codes they write.

We will explore a variety of mediums such as drawing, sculpting and mixed media for fun and creativity. Each day will be filled with engaging projects along with additions to a week long progressive art piece, “Llama in Pajamas”. A gallery tour with students
completed masterpieces will be shown on our final day for family.

Young artists will create masterpieces while exploring a range of art techniques and styles to encourage creativity and confidence. Students will work on individual projects while exploring a range of art techniques and styles. Students will show their completed projects in our gallery tour on the last day of class.

This class has something for everyone! We will try out many of the styles of dance that you see on the popular television show and learn some awesome choreography. A great introduction or extension into the world of dance! No experience necessary.

One of our most popular camps; students are introduced to the three aspects of becoming a 'triple threat;' singing, acting and dancing. They will learn simple songs and use popular stories with a hint of imagination to create mini-musical plays. (Costumes are provided for dress up fun!)
Musical Theatre Camp (6 to10 years) #4188 Fee: $140 July 22 to 26 1:00pm to 4:00pm
Sing, act and dance like your favourite stars. Learn all the music, lines and dances to a mini version of a
popular Broadway show or musical movie. Costumes and simple sets are incorporated and the young
performers will put on a small performance for friends and family on the last day of camp. Please pack a
snack.
Dance & Theatre
An explosion of dance styles! Participants will explore jazz, tap, ballet, creative movement, hip hop
and more. A great fast paced introduction to the world of dance.

Bot Buddy with Ozbot: Code and Create Games (4 to 7 years) #4227 Fee: $165 August 12 to 16 9:00am to 12:00pm
Discover the wild world of robots. They will work as young scientists, engineers, and math-ematicians to create colour patterns and code their Ozobot to solve puzzles, traverse maz-es, dance and even go bowl! Campers will join in a hands-on creative, and innovative ad-venture! This highly engaging camp builds early STEM and spatial skills. Together we will foster a love of science, exploration, and nature.
Creative Game Design with Bloxels (8 to14 years) #4226 Fee: $180 August 12 to 16 1:00pm to 4:00pm
Calling all future writers, artists, designers, and game developers! Students in this
collaborative class enjoy storyboarding their games with character, enemy, and
plot development. Using Bloxels, they will turn their interactive stories and physical
creations into a digital video game. They will use Bloxels game board and blocks to
create the characters, levels, and other art for their games. They capture all their
creations using the Bloxels App, where they edit and customize everything - what
it looks like and how elements interact and behave, which turns it all into a fun
playable game on the tablet.
Engineering for Kids

The young adventurers will discover the fascinating world of engineering as they are chal-
lenged to create various builds using the engineering design process. Our young campers
will design their own operation game, build cool toys, discover the wonders of chemical en-
gineering and more. We finish the week with a blast as they design and launch their own
Bottle Rockets!
Claymation: Lights, Camera, Action! (8 to14 years) #4186 Fee: $180 July 8 to 12 1:00pm to 4:00pm
What do Wallace and Gromit, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and James and the
Giant Peach all have in common? They’re Claymation characters who have captivated
the world with the magical realities they bring to life! Tap into the incredible practice
of stop-motion film production and learn the technique from the ground up. This
camp contains everything students need to create their own individual movies and
turns anyone into a filmmaker. Through teamwork, technological literacy, and a little
bit of movie-making magic, you’re sure to win awards at the film festival held the last
day of camp!

5 half days in a row of tennis skills and more. Bring your racquet, bathing suit, a towel, a nutritious
snack, hat, sunscreen and your enthusiasm. Camp participants will have the opportunity to explore a
variety of racquet sports including badminton, pickle ball and of course tennis too. Hit the splash
park, play some games and enjoy some tennis.
As a property owner in the community of Tuscany you are
automatically a member of the Tuscany Residents Associa-
tion (TRA). The TRA is a not-for-profit organization which
manages assets owned by the association for the benefit
of Tuscany residents. The TRA annual fees support the
maintenance of the Tuscany Club facility, the surrounding
park space and outdoor facilities, several decorative cor-
ners, TRA events and activities and the Tuscany Connect
website. Benefits of membership include access to the Tus-
cany Club facility, tennis courts, hockey rink, skating oval,
splash park, skatepark, and green spaces.
