Event space is indoors. Vendors: 8’ x 8’ space. Vendors will need to provide their own signage, tables and chairs (extension cords if electricity is needed.) Practitioners: 6’ table. Practitioners will need to provide their own signage, table and chairs (extension cords if electricity is needed.) We need a price list ahead of time to create a master price list for when people purchase tickets for readings. Healers: 8’ x 8’ space. If you make $100.00 the fee is $50.00, if you make $10.00 the fee is $5.00. It is up to the Practitioner to decide on what they will charge for their services. Vendors will be charged a $55 fee. If you plan on vending and practitioning the cost will be the $55.00 vending fee and then splitting the practitioner’s fees 50/50 with OWOW. This is an OWOW fundraiser to help raise money for this year’s SunFest Festival.

I have read and agree to abide by all rules and policies as well as all federal, state and local laws, codes and regulations, to cooperate with market management and to pay the required fees. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless OWOW, East Portland Eagles Lodge #3256, and their officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, from and against all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, levies and causes of action or suits of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or related to my activities at OWOW’s Psychic & Healing Arts Fair. Indemnification shall include, and OWOW shall be entitled to recover, all reasonable attorney’s fees and costs at trial and on appeal. I certify that the products above are produced in accordance with all county, state and federal laws. I understand that I am required to file all business entity changes, including changes in partners listed on business, with OWOW immediately.

OWOW does not employ any guards, security, or any other personnel to protect property on the grounds of the Columbia-Willamette Pagan Pride event. Other Worlds of Wonder (OWOW) staff and its officers, and volunteers cannot and will not accept responsibility or liability for any damage or injury resulting from theft, fire, the elements, accidents, or other conditions of causes, whether to exhibitors, property of concessionaires, vehicles on the grounds and articles left therein, or any property of any nature whatsoever. Exhibitors, concessionaires and others having property on the grounds during and after OWOW’s Psychic & Healing Arts Fair, should make their own arrangements for guarding and protecting their property. Weather Policy: This is a rain or shine event and we require that you stay for the whole event unless a formal weather announcement is made by the Local Co-coordinators of Psychic & Healing Arts Fair. As stated above early break down will result in not being allowed back to future events.
