FUNWEEK JNMC”AMEYA” – Held from 2nd to 8th April 2019 In the month of April one of our most exciting and high spirited college events were conducted for an entire week . Events were conducted by all the secretaries and members of the JNMC student Council for our students to let the students intermingle and have fun. A variety of events and games were organized for the students to come forth and prove their talent. All the committees conducted events for Students and profs as an annual fun week event.

5th April 2019 On the 5th of April, the Talent Day's Cultural Events were

conducted in the 600 seater auditorium which was performed by and for the Students of the academic year 2018-19 exclusively. The students put up various vibrant and exuberant events which included group dances and band performances

25th May 2019 Annual Day- On the 25th of May 2019, the Annual Day, one of the most awaited events of the year, was organised by the JNMC Student Council and Staff. The Annual Day was named “IDHANT”, meaning Luminous Flag Hoisting of New council Induction of New council, the largest council to be formed, with the very first female GS of JNMC. and Academic Distribution of certificates and cash prizes for excellent performance. Followed by cultural evening with performance and competition between MBBS phases and Allied courses.

Teacher’s day debate – KAHER. • KAHER conducted an inter-collegiate debate competition in light of the teacher’s day celebration, which was hosted by Dr. Ranjit Kangle Sir Director Students Welfare. • The literary committee helped in the organisation of the function and the master of ceremony were - 1. Formal Function- Teachers day celebration(Krutidhi)

2019 Informal Function- The Teacher's Day event held on Tuesday,the 10th of September 2019 at the 1200 seater of the Centenary Hall was a major success.The performances were put up exclusively by the faculty of various departments. The JNMC Student Council performed the council dance along with the Vice President of the JNMC STUDENT'S ASSOCIATION, Dr. Rekha Mudhol. A few of our ex students and senior students also performed for the function. There was active participation in all events of dance and music from every department and it was an unforgettable evening. The highlight of the programme would be the Fashion Show put up by various professors with our beloved Principal ma'am,

Dr. N. S. Mahantashetti as the show stopper. The professors definitely proved that being a doctor doesn't stop you from being a star. Overall the event was a Hit Teachers day, and a week of events like fun competitions were conducted for Professors and Post graduate students by all the committee’s.

Ganesh Chaturthi Ganesh Chaturthi was celebrated in Shivalay Temple, JNMC Campus with all zest and energy on 2nd September 2019. The event was graced by Dr V.D. Patil, Registrar; Dr N.S. Mahantashetti, Principal, JNMC; Dr R.S Mudhol, Vice Principl, JNMC; Dr A.P Hogade, Vice Principal, JNMC; Dr Rekha Mudhol, Vice President, JNMC Students’Association and other staff of the institution. All festivities were organised by the students’ association. Ganpati Idol was brought by the students with all pomp and solemnity to the tempke where the formal pooja was held. Idols for the JNMC Ladies Hostel were then taken by the General and Associate Secretary along with Co-Secretaries to the R.C. Hostel Reading Room, where a separate pooja was organised. It was followed by Mahaprasad for the staff and students. celebrated for 7 days and with events – prizes for children in the campus drawing, rangoli, singing, dancing etc for children up to 15 years of age
