DÉCOR RENTALS

We offer décor rentals that you can set up yourself or our experienced staff can design, deliver and decorate for you!

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Basic Décor Set Up and Tear Down: Client provided set up plan of The RoseGold Rental Items and we will take care of

delivering them, setting up the items and pick up the items at the end of the night.

Cost: $235.00 (includes delivery to Location Area 1)

Full Décor Set Up and Tear Down: Client provided set up plan of all décor (client provided and The RoseGold Rental Items)

and we will take care of delivering, setting up the items and assisting in the tear down at the end of the night.

Cost: $325.00 (includes delivery to Location Area 1)

Day of Coordination: Includes a consultation approximately 2-4 weeks prior to the event, attendance at the rehearsal the

night before and up to 14 hours support and set up/tear down on the day of! We work to ensure that everything you have

planned comes together just as you have envisioned it.

Cost: $610.00 (10% discount on all rental items and delivery to Location Area 1 is included)

Month of Coordination: Includes two 90 minutes each Pre-Wedding Consultations + email contact, Day of Coordination (see

above), Creation of Wedding Day Itinerary and assistance with the following; confirm and coordinate vendors, provide

recommendation of services etc. that you may have forgotten, visit the venue with you and discuss floor plan, etc.

Cost: $795.00 (10% discount on all rental items and delivery to Location Area 1 is included)

Full Service Coordination Services: We will be there every step of the way from saying “YES” to the proposal to the “I Do’s”

and clean up. Hire our wedding coordinators to help with budgets, guest lists, vendor liaison, décor, stationary and much

more. Includes ongoing consults, by email and in person, as well as day of set up and coordination on the big day! Rental

Items Delivery Fee Waived and a 20% discount on all rental items.

Cost: 15% of final wedding budget.

Delivery is available to Location Area 1: Brantford, Haldimand, Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville and Grimsby for a flat fee of

$25.00 per order. If purchasing a set up & tear down package, the delivery fee is waived. Please note, some exceptions apply.

ABOUT US

The RoseGold Grand Inc. is all about providing the best and most unique products and services for your event. We strive to

include brilliance and delectable flair without breaking the bank! We will make your event spectacular for less!

Our President started out working at a special events venue while in University obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree in Fine

Arts. While working there, she watched and helped set up for over two hundred events and saw endless options for decor and

set ups. She fell in LOVE! She completed her degree as well as a handful of other diplomas and certificates in Wedding

Planning, Interior Decorating, AutoCAD and Psychology.

But she couldn't get events off her mind! She started helping people plan, coordinate and decorate their beautiful weddings

on her own as well as over 36 Art Exhibitions and has never stopped! She has been in the media over 22 times for events she

has coordinated. Now she is living her dream, opening up a rental business of all the decor, incredible ideas and experience

she has accumulated over the years.

ADVISORY COMMITTEE

Our Advisory Committee is a body that provides strategic advice to the management of our Corporation. They help give us

greater flexibility in structure and a well-rounded understanding and scope of our services, pricing, and procedures. Our

Advisory Committee has a wealth of knowledge and expertise, and with their innovative advice and dynamic perspectives,

help us provide the best possible products and experience for our clients and their guests.

Demographics

Our Advisory Committee is made up of 8 women and 4 men, ranging from 26 to 60 years of age. As well, 75% of our Advisory

Committee members are parents of children ranging from 1.5 to 28 years of age.

Customer Service and Management

Our Advisory Committee has a background in Customer Service spanning a combined total of a whopping 220 years with over

35 of those years being in managerial roles! Our Advisory Committee is focused on ensuring every aspect of our Corporation is

Customer Service orientated.

Event Planning

Our Advisory Committee loves to party! The have aided in planning and coordinating over 375 special events as a combined

total ranging from baptisms, birthday parties, stag and does, anniversary parties, showers and weddings! Our vast experience

ensures that we have taken care of all the details to make your event unique and perfect!
