THE PROGRAMgeneration adidas international is proud to offer top tier adidas youth clubs in the U.S. an exclusive soccer experience in Spain through its partnership with the Real Madrid Foundation. This invitation only program offers elite training and competition and provides unique insight into the youth development approach of the worldʼs most famous soccer clubs.
Selected players will train with qualified and experienced professional Real Madrid Foundation coaches, selected by the Real Madrid C.F. Academy director. This experience takes place at Real Madrid City’s state of the art training facilities, and provides an inside look at the daily life of an Academy player. This is an exclusive chance to live "fútbol" in one of the worldʼs most passionate soccer countries!
In addition, during the stay selected players will have the unique opportunity to tour the inside of Real Madrid’s Santiago Bernabeu Stadium and its museum for a look back through soccer history, as well as to visit the official Real Madrid CF adidas megastore.

THE CLUB
THE FOUNDATIONThe Real Madrid Foundation is the instrument by which Real Madrid is present in society and develops its social and cultural awareness programs. Its main objective is to promote, both in Spain as well as abroad, the values inherent in sport.
Real Madrid C.F., or ‘Los Blancos’ as they are affectionately called by Madridistas, was founded in 1902. One of the most successful clubs in history, Real Madrid C.F. has won 33 La Liga titles and a record 13 UEFA Champions League titles. The club is famous for both its rich tradition and also its talented roster, including names like Gareth Bale, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Toni Kroos.

SELECTION PROCESS
2019 will feature two squads composed of 16 players. This year, Real Madrid Foundation Select will be hosting players born in 2002 or 2003.
In conjunction with adidas America, the landed package cost will be covered for selected players (directors, please discuss with your adidas representative or generation adidas international representative for further details). A full training kit plus footwear and additional adidas swag will be presented to each participant.
As a premier pillar of the generation adidas platform, the top adidas clubs nationwide have the exclusive opportunity to nominate players for the Real Madrid Foundation Select and other Select programs. The process for this is as follows:
• Premier adidas clubs will have the opportunity to nominate one player in either the ‘02 or ‘03 age group for the Real Madrid Foundation Select Program
•Nominees will be selected based on positional needs and qualification• Upon arrival, players will be split into two teams for competition (some
players will flex between the two squads), but will train together• All players selected will receive their training kit, including footwear,
and will only have to cover the cost of their flight and match tickets
KEY DATES:• January 30, 2019: Nominations must be presented to
generation adidas international.• February 28, 2019: Nominated players will complete their
Soccer Scout online profile for selection process.• April 5, 2019: generation adidas exclusive Squads will be
selected, and clubs and players notified.• April 15, 2019: Deadline for selected players to register,
after which point their spot will be offered to an alternate player.
• June 5, 2019: Deadline for youth club to remit payment to generation adidas international.
