Functional Strength HIIT/Functional Strength/Interval Take some functional moves with hand weights, tubing and body bars, mix in some high intensity intervals

(Tabata, HIIT), and you have a workout that improves your muscular strength and heart health at the same time.

Move at your own level and pace…no need to stay on beat!

Yoga Flow: This class bring both floor and standing postures together with the breath creating the ‘flow’ of

Yoga. By moving from one pose to the other, you will build strength and balance. Improved flexibility and

alignment will leave you feeling energized!

L.I.F.T. and Balance (Low Impact Functional Toning) Within the format of a low impact cardio workout and use of hand weights, tubing and bars, develop strong bones

and muscles. Focus on proper body mechanics, balance and alignment can improve quality of life and decrease

risk of injury.

Pilates Dance Fusion: Creative mind-body class bringing in the lively and joyful spirit of movement. Fun

is the focus – go with the flow of the music and movement. Brings awareness of posture & source of power to

ensure joint fluidity.

Cardio Fusion: An energetic combination of aerobic conditioning & strength training using steps, free

weights, resistance tubes, and your own body weight for a total body workout. Participants will learn proper

alignment, core stability, integrated muscular movements, balance and what it means to be functionally fit.

Zumba: The Zumba philosophy is “Ditch the workout-join the party!” A fun program that improves balance,

flexibility and cardiovascular strength with its unique dance moves. This class is designed to teach the basic

dance steps to anyone and is open to all skill and fitness levels.

Yoga Fitness: Renew, invigorate and heal your body with a gentle paced class combining seated and

standing poses with minimal shoulder, elbow or wrist stress. Meditation, balance and core strength are

developed as well.

Gentle Yoga: This class is an introduction to Yoga with a slower pace and easy transitions. It is designed to

meet the needs of the beginning Yoga student and those who have some physical limitations which make it

difficult to move from standing poses to the floor. Time will be spent in a chair, standing and floor.

PILATES Mat-Based: A unique challenging class incorporating a mind/body connection. Class offers an

opportunity to evaluate & correct misalignment in posture. Develops balance, flexibility & coordination along

with building a strong core. Discover the “bully” muscles and begin to refocus on the postural POWER muscles.

NIA Movement & Dance: A sensory-based, cardio movement practice that incorporates martial, dance &

healing arts. Each class includes a warm-up, non-impact flow of mindful movement, cool down and stretch.

MELT Method: This class consists of stretching, toning, and controlling. Improve balance and coordination.

Uses MELT techniques to prepare the body to move into alignment gaining precision with Pilates poses and

exercises. Use of MELT rollers & balls help restore and support body’s connective tissue.

Restorative Yoga: Restorative Yoga is a gentle style of yoga designed to release tension and stress, to

open your body and to practice mindfulness. Utilizing some props helps ease the body into certain poses that

helps relaxation.

Yoga for Relaxation Through these centuries-old techniques of deep breathing and stretching, you can feel

more in control of your body, reduce your level of stress, and improve your sense of well-being.
