2. The inter-se-seniority of the aforementioned officers at S. No. 1 to 81 will be in the same order as mentioned in Para 1 above.
3. The appointment of these officers is subject to the judgment dated 26.09.2018 of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (C) No. 30621/2011 and subject to the outcome in OA No. 3715/2018 in Hon’ble CAT, New Delhi and other relevant Court case(s) in different Court of law.
4. Consequent upon their appointment to JTS of ISS, the Competent Authority has approved the posting of these officers as Assistant Director as under:

6. The officers on appointment to JTS of ISS shall have the option, to be exercised within one month from the date of promotion, to have the pay fixed under the relevant rule from the date of such promotion or to have the pay fixed from the date of accrual of next increment in the scale of the pay in lower grade in terms of CCS (RP), Rules, 2016 and DoPT O.M. No. 13/02/2017-Estt.(Pay-I) dated 27.07.2017.
7. The posting of officers at S. No. 1, 2, 4, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 22, 23, 25, 29, 32, 36, 37, 46, 47, 48, 57, 59, 63, 64, 67, 77, 78 & 81 at Para 4 above is against the overall sanctioned

strength of JTS of ISS and shall be adjusted against the regular vacancies as and when they arise.
8. The transfer of officers at Para 5 above, except for the officers as mentioned at S. No. 1 & 2, is on "own request". The grant of TTA/joining time in case o f transfer on 'own request' shall be governed in terms of Office Order No. 12015/04/2012-ISS (pt.) dated 30.04.2014 and 27.05.2014.
9. All concerned Ministries/ Departments are requested to relieve officers so as to enable them to join their new place of posting.
