4. The pay and allowances etc. of officers at Para (2) above, consequent to their ad- hoc promotion to JAG of ISS shall be fixed as per extant rules and guidelines.

5. The transfer of officers mentioned at S. No. 7, 8, 11, 15 & 16 at Para (3) above is on "own request". The grant of TTA/joining time in case of transfer on 'own request' shall be governed in terms of Office Order No. 12015/04/2012-ISS (pt.) dated 30.04.2014

and 27.05.2014.

6. The officers mentioned at S. No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10 & 15 at Para (3) above stands relieved of their duties w. e.f afternoon of 17 .07.2019.

7. The ad-hoc promotion order in respect of officers on deputation namely, Shri Shailesh Kumar, Ms. Ambica Anand and Shri Sarbeswar Majhi shall be issued upon their repatriation to cadre.

8. The concerned Departments/Ministries are requested to relieve the officers immediately so as to enable them to join at new place of posting.
