1. ORGANISER AND LOCATION
The 2019 FAI F5J WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS for Electric Model Aircraft will be hosted by the :

Members of the organizing committee have 32 years combined experience of participation and organisation on the World Cup F3J or F5J in Trnava, F3J European Championships events, as competitors, managers or helpers since 1986. Organizing the 2007 F3J European Championships hosted in Trnava, Slovakia too. SLOVAK AEROKLUB OF GENERAL M.R.STEFANIK offers full support for hosting a successful and memorable WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS F5J 2019.

TRNAVA – SLOVAKIA
Sport Airfield of Trnava Municipal Region is situated at Boleráz – Klčovany, in 10 km distance from Trnava, on main road 51 (Trnava – Holíč). Airfield will be marked by boards „AIRPORT FAI F5J“. International transport Bratislava – Trnava D61, E75 is around Trnava. The nearest airports are in Bratislava (48 km from Trnava) and Piešťany (42 km from Trnava) and Viena/Schwechat /Austria/ 80 km

6. LOCAL RULES new
Any airborne device that uses airborne sensors to actuate any control surface are prohibited. Stability systems as allowed in the F5 General Rules 5.5.1.3.e are prohibited. Related document: Technical Equipment Regulation Compliance
7. ANTI - DOPING If a competitor has to take, by a medical condition, any of the substances listed on the WADA Prohibited List then he must have a Therapeutic Use Exemption from the FAI. www.wada-ama.org Quotation from the FAI anti-doping regulations: “If you regularly take medication prescribed by your doctor and this medication is on the WADA prohibited list, you need to get a form called a TUE (therapeutic use exemption) filled out by your doctor. International level athletes must send the form to the FAI Secretariat, national level athletes send it to their. National Air Sport Control”.
8. SPORTING LICENSE
SPORTING LICENSES: Each competitor or team manager must possess an FAI Sporting Licence valid for 2019 and especially for the period of the event. The competitors and the Team Managers shall be listed in the FAI Sporting Licence database. The unique FAI ID number shall be provided during the registration period. Necessary information can be retrieved at the following link https://fai.org/sporting‐licences The holder of an FAI Sporting Licence may be required to present an official document bearing his photograph and signature as proof of identity. All models must be processed by the competitor's NAC in accordance with CIAM General Rules C.12. Model aircraft not properly processed by their NAC, with FAI certificates and stickers , will be processed by the organiser (refer CIAM General Rules C.12 b).
9. PROTEST FEES
All protests must be presented in writing on CIAM official protest form to the contest director and must be accompanied by the deposit of a fee. The amount of this fee shall be 50 €. The deposit will be returned only if the protest is upheld.
10. OFFICIAL LANGUAGES
English and Slovak will be used for the official languages.

13. NATIONAL TEAMS AND COMPETITORS
TEAMS MAY CONSIST OF: − team manager and assistant team manager (1 for both or 2 for separated senior and junior team) − 3 senior competitors − 3 junior competitors (age limit 18 years in 2019) − official helpers and supporters
Team-manager needs to bring the following to registration: - Copy of banking payment receipts. - Two national flags (approx. 1 m x 1.5 m). - CD, USB with the national anthem. - A list of the team member's with FAI ID licences.

14. CLASSIFICATIONS AND AWARDS Individual classification FAI medals and FAI diplomas will be awarded to the competitors placed first, second and third. For the additional Junior classification, FAI medals and FAI diplomas will be awarded to the competitors placed first, second and third. In order to award the title of Junior World Champion, junior competitors from at least four nations must participate in the class. Team classification FAI medals and FAI diplomas will be awarded to each member (including the fourth team member when appropriate) and the team manager of the teams placed first, second and third. 1. Intent to enter team with number of senior and junior competitors (Preliminary Entry Form): 28. February 2019 2. Official entry (Final Entry Form) including competitors names: 30 May 2019 3. Receipt of all entry fees: 30 May 2019 Entry fees submitted after 30 May 2019 +10 % penalty. Any submitted after 30. July 2019 + 20 % penalty. Entry fees will not be accepted on arrival.

23. OFFICIAL MEALS SERVICE
Breakfasts and will be served at the accommodation place, lunch and dinners at the airfield . Food tickets with 3 chooses. No.3 will be vegetarian. Also will be there buffet.

The Organizer will provide third party insurance cover to all participants for accidents involving injury to others or damage to property according to the host country’s legislation. Participants should provide their own health insurance to cover accident and illness.
25. FREQUENCIES According to the rules, only 2.4 GHz spread spectrum radio control systems are allowed (output power up to 100 mW according to EN 300 328 Standard).
Other frequencies 35MHz, 40Mhz, if needed, must be sent to organizers who will provide permit for use, if it is possible.
26. VISA REQUIREMENTS
