Thank you for being a lifeline to precious boys & girls, here and around the world!

We hear a lot about organizations having a mission statement. What do you think was the mission statement of Jesus Christ? I like the phrase from I Timothy 1:15:“Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners …”

Scripture is also crystal clear that His mission is our mission! “As You sent Me into the world, I also have sent them into the world” (John 17:18).

In recent years, The Mailbox Club ministry has exploded! I believe we are just scratching the surface of what God can do through us! We have a huge goal of reaching at least 3.5 million children in 2019 on a budget of $3.2 million.

Yet, we have opportunities NOW to reach twice as many children! We have been invited to reach 2 million children for Christ in the schools of an African country teetering on the verge of civil war! Also, through an underground network of believers in the Middle East and North Africa, our partners have opportunities to reach another million

Meet Kavitha (left) and Mahita (right). They live in Ongloe, a small town in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, and speak Telugu. Their club leader is Brother Ramesh, who has many orphanages. These girls attended a club that is run in one of them. Kavitha and Mahita are not orphans but they enjoy the club so much that they come and attend and then go back to their homes. They are very interested in the Explorers books that teach them about the Lord Jesus and the Bible. Their hope is that one day all their family members will be involved in the club.

I got pregnant when I was 13 years old because my parents gave my hand in married to a Muslim cleric in our area as his third wife. I pleaded with him to allow me go to the Christian school after I delivered and strangely he agreed. At school I enrolled in The Explorer Club and gave my life to Jesus as my Lord and Savior. Now he has realized that I have stopped praying the Muslim prayer and want to remove me from the school. I pray the Lord will touch his heart so that he change his decision.

My name is Nkoobe. From Mailbox I have learnt what God is like, He is glorious, faithful, He is a Holy Spirit. I also learnt how to get into God’s family. I must be born-again and I am born again although I am in a Moslem family. I took Jesus as my personal Savior. From that day I know that Jesus is with me. – Uganda

These lessons are a great blessing. I studied all the Explorers Club 1 and 2 lessons last year and now I am teaching it to children in my own club at the back of my house where it is safe. – Sudan

My name is Sarah from Syria. Before I share with you the impact of how the Kid’s Bible Club has impacted our family I first want to say: Thanks be to our God for providing this for my children. This has changed the hearts and lives of our entire family.

I am sure that you know from the news that the war has destroyed everything. It destroyed our lives, but Jesus is gathering the broken pieces of our lives and putting ourlives back together!

After my husband was killed in the war I did not know what I was going to do to care for my six children. Now everyday they are teaching me from the lessons they are learning each week from the Bible Stories at the Kid’s Club! First my children gave their hearts to Jesus and now they have shared the good news with me and now Jesus has rescued me.

Sometimes when my tears are coming because my heart is broken, my children encourage me and say, ‘Mom’ we have a father in heaven and a Savior which is Jesus.They are learning things that has changed them and are helping me overcome the trauma of losing everything.Thank you! Sarah, parent, Syria

Transformed Lives!

We baptized four adolescents who finished the Explorers Club course this year. We finished last Sunday and yesterday we held their baptism. I thank God with all my heart for placing the Explorers teaching in our church and in the lives of these adolescents.

Ismail, 11 Years Old. I am a born of Muslim family, when I started Explorer Club course, I discovered that Jesus Christ is the Lord and the way to eternity and I gave my life Him as personal Savior. Now I like so much going out with my Sun School teachers for Evangelism. Glory to God!

My parents died in the war in Homs city. My brother and I then came to Tartus as homeless children. We started going to a club where we studied the EC book 1 and then I discovered that God is not wicked and unjust and not the One doing all the bad in our country. I learned that He is a loving God and full of mercy. I accepted the Lord Jesus as my Saviour earlier this year and now God is truly my Father here and in Heaven. My brother also accepted Jesus now and we are both very happy to come to the club and learn more about our Father. We still miss our father and mother here with us. – Zenah, Syria Robbie Rose, a shy and sweet little five year old girl, was

faithful to attend the Explorers Club (she would rather skip breakfast than skip the class). For three months she enjoyed learning about Jesus, loved to sing and dance for the Lord Jesus, memorized Scriptures and excelled in coloring. She was always looking forward to the treasure hunt activity of the lesson week after week. Last October, during our Lesson 8, Robbie accepted Jesus into her heart. Two days later she was called by God to spend eternity with Him in heaven. She succumbed to dengue. My heart grieved for the loss of this lovely girl who loved the Lord so dearly, yet I am rejoicing and in awe of God’s grace, for she was able to hear the gospel and respond to God before her untimely demise. Our Lord Jesus’ words proved true in Mark 10:14, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.” My name is Percy and was privileged to be used by God to help Robbie – and other children – to come to the saving knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. To Him be all glory, honor and praise!

I liked very much to study the Explorers Club lessons, I learned a lot from the Bible, and I can see the changes in my life. Before studying these lessons I didn’t know much about sin and who God is. Now I’m obedient to my parents and behave better at home, because if I don’t I’m disobedient with God. My name is Fatoumata. Am 8 years old and from a Muslim family. My parents has not sent me to school because of money. I always sneak to Sunday school in a church near our house (to) listen to The Explorer Club lessons. Anytime I returned my mother beat me. But I rejoice because after receiving Christ into my life the joy inside me cannot be compared with the pain of beating. Please pray for me because my mother still beats me.
