Exploring Your Leadership Potential-Upham Woods

“My experience from ALP has assisted me in gaining more confi-dence, compassion, community awareness, insight, connections, balance, and drive. This experience enlightened me on how the local, county, and state government are all connected. Additionally, it was truly inspirational to meet community members that truly have made it their life’s goal to build a better community.”

Barb Schachern 2015-2016 Advanced Leadership Program “This experience has broadened my perspective, sharpened my

focus, and honed my skills on a professional level. To my biggest surprise, I now find myself more comfortable stepping out of my comfort zone, and ready to met the many challenges that lay ahead of me.” Seth Tully 2014-2015 Advanced Leadership Program

“ALP has been an incredible experience, both on a professional level and a personal level. ALP has broadened my horizons and increased my awareness of so many issues and difficulties and exposed me to the incredible problem-solving work of so many individuals who are truly making a difference. It stretched my ability to look beyond the surface of people, issues and resolutions to really see the greater picture of the many entities and interests involved.”
