PROGRAM INFORMATION

The program is offered at 1151 NE Colbern Rd. Care is provided for ages

3 - 5.

Hours: 6:30 - 6:00 p.m.

Children enrolled in Great Beginnings EEC receive transportation to and

from KC Cubbies and GBEEC.

The program is offered in each of the

18 elementary schools for grades K - 6.  

Hours: 6:30 - school start and school end - 6:00 p.m.

SummitRise begins 90 minutes prior to school start time each

Wednesday.

No registration or fees required for this program.

Kids Country requires

a separate registration

for each Non-School Day.

Enrollment opens April 29th. Early Bird Enrollment fee starts April 29th - May 24th with an enrollment fee of $30/child and $55/family. Enrollment fee after May 24th will be $40/child and $65/family. Enrollment fees are non-refundable. Enrollment Closed August 12 - 19. Additional children receive a 10% discount (Excludes Non-School Days) Rates and Status Options are subject to change.Enrollment fee and completed online enrollment must be received prior to attendance.BASS reserves the right to delay care to meet individual needs of children, as well as to meet "staff to child" ratios. An approval email will be sent once the enrollment is accepted. Call the BASS office for any requested status changes. Changes in attendance status must occur by calling the BASS office prior to the 25th of the month and will be effective the first day of the following month.To ensure the safety of students, please allow at least 2 business days to process enrollment.The monthly rates change each month based on the number of days in the month with the first payment due on August 1st. KC Cubbies first payment will be due September 1st.All monthly payments must be received in the Before & After School Services Administrative Office no later than the 15th of each month to avoid a $40 late fee and automatic suspension. Please refer to the Parent Handbook available online for detailed policy and procedures and other incidental fees. Monthly fees include Early Release Days.Non-School Days and Snow Days are not included in your regular Kids Country tuition. If care is needed on those days, a $25 fee will be applied to your account. Sign up will become available once your enrollment is approved within Kids Country. Due to field trips, transportation, and staffing, BASS has a deadline to sign up for Non-School Days 48 hours in advance. See page 4 for Non-School Day information.

STEM, creative arts, literacy and other themed activities.

Field trips are offered throughout the school

year on some Non- School Days.
