Sponsorship LevelsAdd More to Your Marketing with the Senior Safety and Lifestyle Fair

LIFE Senior Services and the Tulsa Police Department’s Senior Services Unit are pleased to present the 2019 Senior Safety and Lifestyle Fair. The event will be returning to the Exchange Center at Expo Square on Tuesday, July 30, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The 2018 event was a tremendous success and we are building on that momentum for 2019. Last year we had 130 exhibitors and more than 2,000 seniors and family caregivers attending, making it the largest senior event in northeast Oklahoma!

The good news is – we still have room to grow! We can easily accommodate another 20 to 30 booths and there is always room for more attendees. Please consider joining us for this exciting day.

News On 6 anchor and crime reporter Lori Fullbright will return as our emcee for the day and also share her popular talk “Cons, Fraud and Scams.” Our plans also call for the return of the Rx Take Back event and the free shredding truck. The event also serves as the official release of the 2019-20 Vintage Guide to Housing & Services. All attendees will receive a free copy of the Vintage Guide, with the first 500 people also receiving free branded goodie bags full of sponsors’ materials.

We are thrilled that News on 6 is returning as our exclusive broadcast sponsor, helping us promote the event as well as having a booth staffed with some of your favorite anchors and reporters. Other media in the promotion mix include LIFE’s Vintage Newsmagazine, Tulsa Value News, Gusher and Tulsa Lifestyle magazine as well as digital billboards, TV appearances and extensive marketing through other senior events and community groups.

One of the key marketing pieces for the Senior Safety and Lifestyle Fair continues to be the Event Guide in the July issue of LIFE’s Vintage Newsmagazine. The Event Guide includes the day’s agenda of speakers, entertainment and special activities, as well as sponsor advertising. There are three sponsorship levels that include advertising in the Event Guide – Captain, Major and Deputy Chief. These sponsorships are limited and offered on a first come, first serve basis.

There are also exclusive presenting sponsorships available. We hope you will join us on July 30. It’s going to be another great year at the Senior Safety and Lifestyle Fair!
