12018 UTAH ZERO FATALITIES SAFETY SUMMIT

ALL ROADS LEAD TO ZERO

When we start a new journey, rarely do we see our destination. It’s off somewhere in the unrevealed distance. We make a plan to get there, change course, if needed, along the way and remain hopeful that we’ll eventually reach our objective. During particularly long journeys, we may feel as if we’ll never reach our goal. At these times, it’s important to step back, remember the purpose and move forward with confidence.

On the road to Zero Fatalities, you may ask yourself, “Am I making a difference? Will we get there?” This might be a moment to stop and reflect on all that you’ve accomplished along the way. As you’ve encouraged others to change their behavior behind the wheel, you may have saved countless lives. Though you might not tangibly see it, your efforts do make a difference.

Consider the number of days with Zero Fatalities in our state over the last few years. We’re seeing a positive trend, marked by lives saved—lives that individually matter. We’re making headway on our journey.

We thank you for joining us at the 2018 Zero Fatalities Safety Summit. We hope you learn new things, share ideas, ask questions and come away feeling renewed. We truly believe all roads lead to Zero—and we’re determined to get there.

Sincerely,

The 2018 Zero Fatalities Safety Summit
