Tour Director in baggage claim for your group transfer to your hotel. Enjoy time at leisure to relax or to do some

Day 3: Sun, Sept 30 – NEW YORK – CORNING – NIAGARA FALLS. Depart Manhattan, heading northwest across

New Jersey through the Pocono Mountains and into upstate New York, arriving in Corning at midday. Late

this afternoon, cross the border at Rainbow Bridge and proceed to the Canadian side of the Niagara River in the

Day 4: Mon, Oct 01 – NIAGARA FALLS. On this morning’s sightseeing tour, behold the spectacular falls from

Table Rock. Then, board a Niagara Falls sightseeing CRUISE for a thrilling boat ride to view the thundering

falls from river level. Your afternoon is free, so why not hop aboard the “People Mover” (local transport) to visit

attractions such as the Butterfly Conservatory, Great Gorge Adventure, Botanical Gardens, and Niagara Parks

Greenhouse, or ride the aerial cable car. This evening enjoy dinner at a local restaurant followed by an once-in-a-

Day 5: Tue, Oct 02 – NIAGARA FALLS – PHILADELPHIA. Depart Canada and travel southeast through the

Appalachian Mountains and into the Susquehanna River Valley. End the day in the handsome city of

Philadelphia. As the group enters the city you’ll have an orientation tour that highlights some of city’s treasured

landmarks. Enjoy a free evening in Philadelphia. HAMPTON INN PHILADELPHIA CONVENTION CENTER or Similar

Day 6: Wed, Oct 03 – PHILADELPHIA – WASHINGTON D.C. AREA. The “City of Brotherly Love” is also the birthplace

of American Independence and is steeped in history. Spend the morning with your Tour Director exploring

Philadelphia’s National Historic Park, including visits to the LIBERTY BELL and INDEPENDENCE HALL. Enjoy

some free time for independent exploration of additional sites of interest before departing for the U.S. capital and

seat of government, Washington DC, for a 2 night stay. The evening starts with dinner at a local restaurant, followed

Jersey for your FERRY to visit America’s symbol of welcome and hope, the Statue of Liberty. Then on to the

Ellis Island to learn the story of the 12 million immigrants who passed through New York. Check-in at your hotel

Day 9: Sat, Oct 06 – NEW YORK. Depart on your half day guided SIGHTSEEING TOUR with a local guide and view

many of New York’s most notable attractions: Central Park, Times Square, Greenwich Village, Chinatown,
