Therese Hessler Therese Hessler, Associate Director of Respect for Life at the Maryland Catho-lic Conference, is passionate about shaping public policy and legisla on to protect the intrinsic value of life. While she previously owned her own commu-nica ons agency, she found God had a different calling for her life. Therese previously worked at the Director of
Administra on and Legisla on at Maryland Right to Life and con-nues to work closely with the organiza on. Hessler believes
she is truly fulfilling His purpose by serving as a voice for the un-born, the medically dependent, persons with disabili es, and the elderly. In addi on to her work with the Conference, she gives of her free me to promote the culture of life. She is a volunteer with Project Rachel and Rachel’s Vineyard – the Archdiocese of Bal more’s post-abor ve healing ministry – and serves on the board and steering commi ee for the Maryland March for Life, which holds an annual event every Spring to show lawmakers in Annapolis the true and strong pro-life presence in our state. Hessler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Com-munica on from Towson University, and through both her per-sonal faith story and advocacy experience, she brings extensive experience working with media, legislators, and the public to de-velop awareness of life issues. She has done interviews with EWTN and the Catholic Review; as well as been a guest on sever-al panel boards for life topic discussions and forums. Hessler is a lifelong resident of Maryland and looks forward to the day that all lives are protected. When not figh ng on the front lines for life, she enjoys spending me with her family and friends, as well as with her cat, Max.

Frederick County Right to Life (FCRTL) is dedicated to protecting all innocent human Life from conception to natural death. FCRTL conducts educational programs, lobbying support to our state and federal legislators, and works with churches, pregnancy centers and local civic originations. FCRTL is a chapter of Maryland Right to Life. We are a dedicated team committed to building a culture of life in Frederick County, Maryland and our nation. www.frederickcountyrighttolife.org

Frederick County Right to Life Activities This Past Year
Organized 40 Days for Life each Fall at Planned Parenthood Facility on Thomas Johnson Dr .
Held Life Chain on Route 40 in Oct 2018.
Maintained Pro-Life awareness with our support base via email updates concerning Pro-Life events or news
Held rallies in support of Defunding Planned Parenthood.
Organized and provided a free bus for Pro-Life wit-nesses to participate in the annual March for Life in DC
Sponsored ads to promote Care Net of Frederick services for 8 months on two city buses.
Operated a booth at the annual Frederick City “In The Street” for the purpose of engaging any inter-ested parties and viewpoints on the Pro-Life cause.
We’re always open to present pro-life talks at churches, schools and local organization meetings.

Delegate Ciliberti was chosen to be Frederick county chairman for President Trump.
Delegate Ciliberti voted at Republican Nomi-nating converntion to nominate Pres. Trump.
