‘The effects of nutrition and exercise on the health of young people’.

• Developed a hypothesis.

• Used questionnaires and an interview as the research methods andgathered primary data from twelve young people at school.

• Interviewed a teacher asking the same questions used in the questionnaire to save time.

• After gathering the data, put the information into graph form for analysis.

• Based on this analysis, formed conclusions and stated whether thehypothesis was supported.

• Ended the Independent Research Project with an appendix.
