Now there’s an emissions-free vehicle that generates as much excitement as it does unbridled power. The FIAT 500e shakes up the Electric Vehicle market by infusing an integrated approach to electric propulsion into the beloved FIAT Italian design tradition of fun, city-friendly, driver-responsive cars. Expect 121 MPGe,* with a highway range of over 100 miles, made possible by the innovative 24kWh lithium-ion battery that utilizes a Battery-Electric Drive System. Charge time is less than four hours with the installation of a Level 2 charger (220v/240v). A regular home outlet charges 500e in less than 24 hours. The 7-inch Thin Film Transistor (TFT) instrument panel and integrated Electronic Vehicle Information Center (EVIC) keep the driver briefed on estimated charging times, average speeds, energy consumption and more. A Power Inverter Module (PIM) creates those nimble FIAT 500 handling characteristics by providing a quick accelerator pedal response every time.

ELECTRONIC STABILITY CONTROL (ESC)2 is designed to assist drivers in maintaining control of their vehicles during extreme steering maneuvers. ESC2 senses when a vehicle is starting to spin (oversteer) or plow (understeer) and attempts to correct the vehicle’s course by automatically controlling the throttle and applying the brakes to individual wheels. Standard.

PARKSENSE® REAR PARK ASSIST SYSTEM4 can help you park and back out with grace. When the vehicle is in Reverse, these available sensors detect objects in the rear back-up pathway and also provide an audible and visual warning so you have time to react. Standard.
