iLandscape 2017 had over 6,000 attendees! Connect with current and new customers at iLandscape 2018.
iLandscape thanks the thousands of landscape professionals who made the fourth iLandscape Show a huge success! We enjoyed a record number of booths, attendees, and education participants.
The Illinois Landscape Contractors Association (ILCA) and Wisconsin Green Industry Federation (WGIF) are proud to present iLandscape 2018. The show will be hosted at The Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center and Hotel, located in Schaumburg, IL.
The 2018 show will feature 450 booths, in two halls that will profile the hottest products, latest trends in plants, green industry products, hardscapes and equipment. Peruse the booths at your leisure and enjoy the laid-back vibe iLandscape is famous for.
On top of product awareness, iLandscape will feature one of the strongest educational programs in the country. iLandscape education saw record crowds in 2017. We will once again gather the best minds both nationally and internationally for a world-class education program. Yet, it’s not all learning and no fun. The schedule allows for dedicated exhibit hall time throughout the day to encourage plenty of interaction between exhibitors and attendees.
Four specialty gardens will continue to make the show floor a can’t miss destination. Attendees and exhibitors can rock out to a FREE CONCERT on Wednesday evening and enjoy numerous exhibitor-sponsored happy hours throughout.
iLandscape is the show for today’s landscape professional. It is a show you will look forward to, eagerly attend, and talk about months after the show has concluded. iLandscape is the show that Midwestern landscape professionals deserve.
Business elevates at iLandscape 2018.

Defined Terms The term “Event” means iLandscape: The Illinois + Wisconsin Landscape Show, currently scheduled to be held from January 31 – February 2, 2018, at the Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel and Convention Center in Schaumburg, IL, USA.
The event is owned, produced and managed by the Illinois Landscape Contractors Association (ILCA).
As used hereinafter, the term “ILCA” means, collectively, ILCA and each of its officers, directors, staff, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, employees and assigns, unless the context requires otherwise.
The term “Exhibitor” means, collectively, the entity or person that executes this Contract as the “Exhibitor” and each of its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, assigns and/or invitees, as applicable.
The term “Contract” means this agreement, all amendments and modifications thereto, and all other materials, documents, rules and regulations expressly incorporated herein by reference.
Contract Acceptance This Contract shall become binding and effective only when it has been signed by Exhibitor, and accepted as valid by a duly authorized representative of ILCA. The final exhibit space specifics and/or location may be different from the Exhibitor’s original requests.
Deposits and Payments Payments for exhibit space rental are to be made according to the following schedule:
• 60% Deposit Due and Payable with Contract
• 40% Balance Due and Payable November 6, 2017
Booth Sharing Booth space may be occupied only by a contracted exhibitor and may not be shared. No exhibitor shall assign, sublet or share the space allotted with another business or company unless approval has been obtained in writing from ILCA.
Exhibitors are not permitted to feature names or advertisements of non-exhibiting manufacturers, distributors or agents in the exhibitor’s display, parent or subsidiary companies excepted.
Exhibitors must show only goods manufactured or dealt in by them in the regular course of business. Should an article of a non-exhibiting company be required for operation or demonstration in an exhibitor’s display, identification of such article shall be limited to the usual and regular nameplate, imprint or trademark under which same is sold in the general course of business.
No company or organization not assigned exhibit space will be permitted to solicit business within the exhibit areas (suitcasing). Suitcasing is governed by the show’s suitcasing policy and is available by contacting ILCA.
Qualifications of Exhibitor ILCA, in its sole discretion, determines whether a prospective exhibitor is eligible to participate in the Event. Eligibility is generally limited to persons or firms who manufacture, remanufacture, or supply products, tools, equipment, supplies or services used for the lawn, landscape, nursery, arboriculture, and related industries.
Applicants who have not previously exhibited at the Event may be required to submit a description of the nature of their business and the items to be exhibited. ILCA reserves the right to restrict or remove any exhibit which ILCA, in its sole discretion, believes is objectionable or inappropriate.
Assignment of Space and Priority Points After initial space assignment, exhibit space is assigned on a first-paid, first-served basis. Interested companies are encouraged to review the current 2017 floor plan on the iLandscape website at www.ilandscapeshow.com to determine exhibit spaces that are available. Space can be reserved by contacting Terre Houte at [email protected] or 630-472-2851.
Exhibitors receive Priority Points for iLandscape participation, earning one point for each year. These points are used to determine priority for space assignments. Points increase cumulatively. Points are not forfeited if an exhibitor fails to participate in any iLandscape Show but the exhibitor will not be considered a returning exhibitor for the next year’s show.
ILCA reserves the right to change the floor plan or the location of an Exhibitor’s booth if ILCA in its sole discretion determines that to do so is in the best interest of the Event. ILCA will consider requests to keep certain companies from being next to each other, however there is no guarantee that by making this request you will not be located next to one of these companies. ILCA assumes no responsibility in such instances.

Exhibitor Rules & Regulations
1110
Cancellation by Exhibitor If Exhibitor desires to cancel this Contract, Exhibitor may only do so by giving notice thereof in writing sent to ILCA with evidence of receipt. If such written notice is received prior to December 1, 2017 then Exhibitor will remain liable for 30% of the total exhibit fee. Otherwise, Exhibitor will remain liable for 100% of the total exhibit fee, regardless of when this Contract is executed by Exhibitor.
In addition, Exhibitor will remain liable for 100% of all fees paid or payable in respect of sponsorships and promotional products, purchases, regardless of when this Contract is executed or cancelled by Exhibitor. These amounts are considered to be liquidated and agreed upon damages, for the injuries ILCA will suffer as a result of Exhibitor’s cancellation. This provision for liquidated and agreed upon damages is a bona fide provision and not a penalty.
The parties understand that the withdrawal of the space reserved from availability and, if applicable, the cancellation of sponsorships and/or promotional materials, in each case at a time when other parties would be interested in such space and/or products, will cause ILCA to sustain substantial damages that will not be capable of determination with mathematical precision. Therefore, the provisions for liquidated and agreed upon damages have been incorporated into this Contract as a valid pre-estimate of these damages. The date of cancellation shall be the date ILCA receives the notice. ILCA reserves the right to treat Exhibitor’s downsizing of booth space as cancellation of the original space and purchase of new booth space, and Exhibitor may be required to move to
a new location if it requests a downsizing of space.
Cancellation by ILCA If Exhibitor fails to make any payment required by this Contract or otherwise breaches any of its obligations under this Contract, ILCA may immediately terminate this Contract (and Exhibitor’s participation in the Event) by providing written notice (or, if appropriate under the circumstances, oral notice with written notice to follow) to Exhibitor of such termination. ILCA shall have no obligation to refund monies previously paid. ILCA reserves the right to refuse Exhibitor permission to move in and set up an exhibit if Exhibitor is in arrears of any payment due to ILCA. ILCA is expressly authorized (but has no obligation) to occupy, cause to be occupied or dispose of any space vacated or made available by reason of action taken under this paragraph in such manner as it may deem best, and without releasing Exhibitor from any liability hereunder.
Cancellation of the Event If ILCA cancels the Event due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of ILCA (such as acts of God, acts of war threat of disease, governmental emergency, labor strike or unavailability of the Exhibit Facility), ILCA shall refund to each Exhibitor its exhibit space rental payment previously paid, minus a share of costs and expenses incurred by ILCA, in full satisfaction of all liabilities of ILCA to Exhibitor. ILCA reserves the right to cancel, re-name or re-locate the Event or change the dates on which it is held. If ILCA changes the name of the Event, re-locates the Event to another event facility within the same geographic location, or changes the dates for the Event to dates
that are not more than 30 days earlier or 30 days later than the dates on which the Event originally was scheduled to be held, no refund will be due to Exhibitor, but ILCA shall assign to Exhibitor, in lieu of the original space, such other space as ILCA deems appropriate and Exhibitor agrees to use such space under the terms of this Contract. If ILCA elects to cancel the Event other than for a reason previously described in this paragraph, ILCA shall refund to each Exhibitor its entire exhibit space rental payment previously paid, in full satisfaction of all liabilities of ILCA to Exhibitor. Exhibitor agrees that, except as expressly provided in this paragraph, it shall and hereby does waive any and all claims for damages or compensation resulting from or relating to the cancellation, renaming, relocation, or rescheduling of the Event.
Exhibit Space Occupancy Hours and dates for installing, occupying and dismantling exhibits shall be those specified by ILCA. If Exhibitor fails to install its display in its assigned space by 4:30 PM on January 30, 2018 or leaves its space unattended during the Exhibit hours, ILCA shall have the right to take possession of the space, without releasing Exhibitor from any liability or obligation hereunder, and no refund will be due to Exhibitor. All exhibits must be open and manned for business during the Event hours. Exhibitor may not dismantle the display until the Event is officially closed by ILCA.
Listings and Promotional Materials By exhibiting at the Event, Exhibitor grants to ILCA a fully-paid, perpetual non-exclusive license to use, display and reproduce the name, trade names
Exhibitor Rules & Regulations
11
and product names of Exhibitor in any directory (print, electronic or other media) listing the exhibiting companies at the Event and to use such names in ILCA promotional materials. ILCA shall not be liable for any errors in any listing or descriptions or for omitting any Exhibitor from the directory or other lists or materials. ILCA may also take photographs of Exhibitor’s booth space, exhibit and personnel during, before or after the open hours of the Event and use such photographs for any ILCA promotional purpose. Exhibitor warrants that it owns, or has right to use pursuant to a valid license, all intellectual property (copyright, trade mark, etc.) to be used by Exhibitor for promotion or exhibition at the Event.
Care of Exhibit Facility Exhibitor shall promptly pay for any and all damages to the Exhibit Facility or associated facilities, booth equipment or the property of others caused by Exhibitor.
Taxes and Licenses Exhibitor shall be solely responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits or approvals under federal, state or local law applicable to its activities at the Event. The designated representative of the Exhibitor will also receive updates on the Event via fax, mail, and/or email. It is the exhibitors responsibility to notify ILCA if there is a change in the exhibitor’s designated representative. ILCA assumes no responsibility for the communication lost due to a lack of notification.
Incorporation of Rules and Regulations Any and all matters pertaining to the Event and not specifically covered by the terms and conditions of this Contract shall be subject to determination by ILCA in its sole discretion. ILCA may adopt rules or regulations from time to time governing such matters and may amend or revoke them at any time, upon reasonable notice to Exhibitor. Any such rules and regulations (whether or not included in an Exhibitor Service Manual or similar document) are an integral part of this Contract and are incorporated herein by reference. Exhibitor shall observe and abide by additional regulations made by ILCA as soon as they are communicated to Exhibitor. This Contract (including the Exhibitor Service Manual and any additional rules or regulations adopted by ILCA from time to time) states the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
Exhibitors Authorized Representative Each exhibitor must name one person to be his representative in connection with installation, operation and removal of the company’s exhibit. Such representative
shall be authorized to enter into such service contracts as may be necessary and for which the exhibitor shall be responsible. The exhibitor shall assume responsibility for such representative being in attendance throughout all exhibition periods; and this representative shall be responsible for keeping the exhibit neat, manned and orderly at all times. For their own safety and protection, persons under the age of eighteen (18) will not be admitted to the exhibit halls during move-in and move-out, unless approved by Show Management.
Arrangement of Exhibits Each exhibitor is provided an Exhibitor Service Manual. The manual describes the type and arrangement of exhibit space and the standard equipment provided by Show Management for booth construction. All booth space must be arranged and constructed in accordance with the guidelines, provisions and limitations contained in the manual. If, in the sole opinion of Show Management, any exhibit fails to conform to the Exhibitor Service Manual guidelines, or the provisions set forth herein, such exhibit will be prohibited from functioning at any time during the exhibition. Exhibits not conforming may be dismantled or modified, at cost to the exhibitor, at the sole judgment and discretion of Show Management.
Booth construction plans and layout arrangements for exhibits in peninsula or island booth spaces, or involving other unusual construction features, must be submitted to the decorator (SourceOne Events) for approval at least sixty (60) days prior to the opening of the exhibition.
Standard Booths Exhibit fixtures, components and identification signs will be permitted to a maximum height of 8’-3” unless otherwise authorized by show management. Side rails will be 3’ and back drape is 8’.
Peninsula Booths Exhibit fixtures, components, and identification signs will be permitted to a maximum height of 20’ unless otherwise authorized by show management. In addition, back drape or back walls must be no more than 3’ high for at least 5’ on each side of the booth.
For example, if the back of the booth is 20’ in length, the center 10’ may
1312
be as high as 20’. The sides of your display, from the aisle to at least 5’ inward, cannot exceed 3’ in height. (see example below)
Back Wall: 20’ total in length
Island Booths Exhibit fixtures, components and identification signs will be permitted to a maximum height of 20’ unless otherwise authorized by show management. Islands booths are those without adjacent booths and that are occupied by only one exhibitor per island.
Overhang Booths Overhang booths are the first row of booths running horizontally under the entire overhang in Discovery Hall. The 15’ ceiling height under the overhang is lower than the rest of Discovery Hall. Exhibit fixtures, components and identification signs will be permitted to a maximum height of 8’-3” unless otherwise authorized by show management due to the lowered ceiling. Side rails will be 3’ and back drape is 8’.
Schaumburg Ballroom East Booths These booths are located in Schaumburg Ballroom East which is directly across from Discovery Hall. Exhibit fixtures, components and identification signs will be permitted to a maximum height of 12’ unless otherwise authorized by
show management due to the Ballroom’s hanging chandeliers. Side rails will be 3’ and back drape is 8’.
The Schaumburg Ballroom East is completely carpeted, wall-to-wall. The hotel requires that a plywood base be laid down if your booth contains any item(s) such as mulch, stone, and/or plants with a weight limit of and not to exceed 5,000 pounds. The plywood must cover the entire booth space for the purpose of weight distribution. Plywood may be ordered through the Decorator in the exhibitor services manual. If your booth contains any material that could damage or stain the carpet, you will need to put down a minimum of 6 millimeters of visqueen between the material and the carpet. Please note that cleaning services will be mandatory and paid for by any exhibitor with mulch, stone and/or plants.
Schaumburg Ballroom East exhibitors will enter through the rear of the facility. The largest entrance available for exhibitors is the dock door with a clearance of 9’-8 3/4” high x 9’-5 3/8” wide. No item may be moved into Schaumburg Ballroom East that exceeds that clearance.
Upon entering Schaumburg Ballroom East, all hand carts, pallet jacks, and other conveyances will be reviewed by the Show Decorator. This is to make sure that the conveyance does not damage the carpet during load-in and load-out. If your conveyance is deemed to be a potential hazard to the carpet, you will need to either locate an alternative conveyance or use a conveyance provided by the Decorator (with requisite drayage and labor costs). Be advised, the Decorator’s forklift is not able to access Schaumburg Ballroom East.
Special Note for Exhibitor Provided & Installed Carpet Exhibitors providing and installing their own carpet are required to use facility approved tape. Any tape left behind by the exhibitor that cannot be removed from the convention center floor will be removed by the Decorator and charged onsite to the Exhibitor.
Move-out Procedures for Equipment Any exhibitors with equipment must refrain from moving/driving out such equipment until the aisle carpet is completely cleared away from the exhibition space. Moving/driving equipment is not allowed on the aisle carpet at any time. Any exhibitors moving/driving equipment on the aisle carpet will be charged onsite by the Decorator for any damages.
Installation and Dismantling Exhibitors must comply with the move-in and move-out times indicated in the Exhibitor Service Manual. If an Exhibitor fails to remove an exhibit in the allowed time, ILCA shall be permitted (at Exhibitor’s sole expense) to remove and place same in a warehouse subject to the Exhibitor’s disposition, and/or to ship to Exhibitor via common carrier with all charges to follow at no liability to ILCA. All exhibits must remain intact until the Exhibition is officially closed.
Storage of Packing Crates and Boxes Unattended freight in any display space as of one hour prior to Show opening will be removed and stored at the exhibitor’s sole risk and expense. Exhibitors will not be permitted to store packing crates and boxes in their booths during the exhibit period; but these, when properly marked, will be stored and returned to the booth by

service contractors. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to mark and identify his crates and boxes. Crates and boxes not properly marked or identified may be destroyed. Show Management assumes no responsibility for the contents of crates or boxes improperly labeled as “empty.” Because of the lack of storage facilities, it may be necessary to store empty crates, boxes and exhibit material outside the building. Every effort will be made to protect the crates from the elements, but neither Show Management nor its service contractors will assume any responsibility for damage to them. The removal and return of large crates that cannot be handled by hand trucks will be charged for at prevailing rates.
Crates, boxes or other exhibit materials unclaimed by the exhibitor after the Show will be removed at the exhibitor’s expense. Exhibitors will be billed by the service contractor for removal time and materials at prevailing rates. Neither Show Management, the service contractor, nor the exhibit facility shall assume any liability whatsoever for loss or damage.
Exhibits and Public Policy Each exhibitor is charged with knowledge of all State, County and City laws, ordinances and regulations pertaining to health, fire prevention and public safety, while participating in this exhibition. Compliance with such laws is mandatory for all exhibitors and the sole responsibility is that of the exhibitor.
No part of the building shall be defaced in any manner, nor shall signs or other articles be posted, nailed, taped or otherwise affixed to any pillars, doors, walls or other parts of the building. Any and all damages, losses, expenses
and/or costs resulting from failure to observe this notice shall be payable by the exhibitor.
The exhibitor must, at his expense, maintain and keep in good order his exhibit and the space for which he has contracted.
Show Management and service contractors have no responsibility pertaining to the compliance with laws as to public policy as far as individual exhibitor’s space, materials and operation is concerned. Should an exhibitor have any questions as to the application of such laws, ordinances and regulations to his exhibit or display, Show Management will endeavor to answer them.
Exhibitors must comply with City and State fire regulations. Exhibitors must communicate with the decorator regarding any booths that are governed by the fire code or venue rules. All booth decorations including carpeting must be flame-proofed and all hangings must clear the floor. All exits, hallways, aisles and fire control apparatus must remain clear and unobstructed at all times. Use of butane or bottled gas is not permitted. Use of propane and helium balloons is prohibited. Electrical equipment and wiring must conform to National Electrical Code Safety Rules. If inspection indicates any exhibitor has neglected to comply with these regulations, or otherwise incurs fire hazard, the right is reserved to cancel all or such part of his exhibit as may be irregular, and effect the removal of same at exhibitor’s expense.
If unusual equipment or machinery is to be installed, or if appliances that might come under fire codes are to be used, the exhibitor must communicate with
Show Management for information concerning facilities or regulations.
Independent contractors must conform to the venue’s, ILCA’s, and the Decorator’s guidelines.
Exhibit Guidelines Distribution of samples and printed matter of any kind, and any promotional material, is restricted to the exhibit booth. Exhibitor agrees to exhibit only products which it manufactures, represents or distributes. All exhibits shall display products or services in a tasteful manner. The aisles, passageways and overhead spaces remain strictly under control of ILCA and no signs, decorations, banners, advertising material or special exhibits will be permitted in the aisles except by written permission of ILCA. Uniformed attendants, models and other employees must remain within the booths occupied by their employers. Any and all advertising distribution must be made from Exhibitor’s booth space.
Stickers (including handouts with gummed backing that adhere or cause adhesion) are prohibited in the exhibit area. Balloons and blimps must be approved by Show Management prior to the opening of the show, in accordance with the rules as outlined in the Exhibitor Service Manual.
Equipment must be arranged so that show visitors do not stand in the aisle while examining equipment or watching demonstrations. Strolling entertainment or moving advertisements outside of an Exhibitor’s exhibit space is prohibited. Photography or videography is permitted only with prior approval of the exhibiting company. Failure to obtain prior consent may result in removal from the exhibit hall.

Exhibitor shall conduct itself at all times in accordance with normal standards of decorum and good taste. In addition to its right to close an exhibit and withdraw acceptance of the contract, ILCA in its sole judgment may refuse to consider for participation in future Events an Exhibitor who violates or fails to abide by the contract and any of the accompanying rules and regulations. Any amendment to this Contract must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of ILCA.
Assumption of Risks; Releases Exhibitor expressly assumes all risks associated with, resulting from or arising in connection with Exhibitor’s participation or presence at the Event, including, without limitation, all risks of theft, loss, harm, damage or injury to the person (including death), property, business or profits of Exhibitor, whether caused by negligence, intentional act, accident, act of God or otherwise. Exhibitor has sole responsibility for its property or any theft, damage or other loss to such property (whether or not stored in any courtesy storage area), including any subrogation claims by its insurer. Neither ILCA nor the Exhibit Facility accepts responsibility, nor is a bailment created, for property delivered by or to Exhibitor. Neither ILCA nor the Exhibit Facility shall be liable for, and Exhibitor hereby releases all of them from, and covenants not to sue any of them with respect to, any and all
risks, losses, damages and liabilities described in this paragraph.
Indemnification Exhibitor shall on a current basis indemnify, defend (with legal counsel satisfactory to ILCA), and hold ILCA and the Exhibit Facility harmless from any and all claims, demands, suits, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses which result from or arise out of or in connection with: (a) Exhibitors’ participation or presence at the Event, (b) any breach by Exhibitor of any agreements, covenants, promises or other obligations under this contract; (c) any matter for which Exhibitor is otherwise responsible under the terms of this contract; (d) any violation or infringement (or claim of violation or infringement) of any law or ordinance or the rights of any party under any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary right; (e) any libel, slander, defamation or similar claims resulting from the actions of Exhibitor; (f) harm or injury (including death) to Exhibitor; (g) loss of or damage to property or the business or profits of Exhibitor, whether caused by negligence, intentional act, accident, act of God, theft, mysterious disappearance or otherwise and (h) any injury to any person (including an attendee) or property while in the Exhibitor’s space or relating to Exhibitor’s use of any exhibition space or services.
Limitation of Liability Under no circumstances shall ILCA or the
Exhibit Facility be liable for any lost profits or any incidental, special, indirect, punitive or consequential damages whatsoever for any of their acts or omissions, whether or not apprised of the possibility of any such lost profits or damages. In no event shall ILCA’s maximum liability under any circumstance exceed the amount actually paid to ILCA by Exhibitor for exhibit space rental pursuant to this contract. ILCA makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the number and nature of exhibitors and/or attendees who will attend the Event or regarding any other matters.
Liability and Insurance All property of the exhibitor remains under his custody and control, in transit to and from the exhibit hall and while it is in the confines of the exhibit hall. Neither Show Management, its service contractors, the management of the exhibit hall nor any of the officers, staff members or directors of any of the same are responsible for the safety of the property of exhibitors from theft, damage by fire, accident, vandalism or other causes, and the exhibitor expressly waives and releases any claim or demand he may have against any of them by reason of any damage to or loss of any property of the exhibitor. It is recommended that exhibitors obtain adequate insurance coverage, at their own expense, for property loss or damage and liability for personal injury.

Sponsorship and Branding Opportunities Sponsorship offerings are available to current-year Exhibitors, companies on the wait list, national brands represented by local exhibiting distributors, and all other sponsors approved by show management. Should an Exhibitor, who is also a sponsor, cancel their exhibit space, their sponsorship will likewise be canceled. See: Cancellation by Exhibitor.
Violation of Rules and Regulations Violation of this Contract or any rules and regulations governing the Event, including those published in the Exhibitor Service Manual, may result in one or more of the following actions taken against the Exhibitor: 1) the Exhibitor may be prohibited from exhibiting at the current year’s Event and will forfeit all booth payments; 2) the Exhibitor’s “points” for the following year’s space draw may be taken away; and 3) the Exhibitor may be prohibited from exhibiting at the future events. This list of actions is not exhaustive and does not in any way limit available remedies provided in other provisions of this Contract or by law or
equity. No delay by ILCA in exercising any right, power or privilege hereunder shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise by ILCA of any other right, power or privilege hereunder preclude any other or further exercise of any other right, power or privilege hereunder.
Social Activities Any social function or special event planned by an exhibitor, to take place during iLandscape, must be pre-approved by ILCA. The exhibitor agrees to withhold sponsoring hospitality suites/rooms or other functions during official conference and exhibition activities, including exhibit hours, social functions, educational seminars and any other related activity scheduled by iLandscape and/or ILCA. Distribution of exhibitor materials is not permitted to attendee sleeping room doors, meeting rooms or anywhere else in the venue except in specified booth space.
Attorney’s Fees Should ILCA find it necessary to employ an attorney or attorneys to enforce any of the provisions of this agreement, or to protect in any manner its interest or interests under this agreement, ILCA, if it is the prevailing party, shall be entitled to recover from the other party all reasonable costs, charges, and expenses including attorneys’ fees.
Americans with Disabilities Act Exhibitors acknowledge their responsibilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act (hereinafter “Act”) to make their booths accessible to handicapped
persons. Exhibitor shall also indemnify and hold harmless iLandscape, ILCA and facility against cost, expense, liability or damage which may be incident to, arise out of or be caused by Exhibitor’s failure to comply with the Act.
Other Regulations Any and all matters not specifically covered by the preceding rules and regulations shall be subject solely to the decision of ILCA.
The show management shall have full power to interpret, amend and enforce these rules and regulations, provided exhibitors receive notice of any amendments when made. Each exhibitor and its employees agree to abide by the foregoing rules and regulations and by any amendments or additions thereto in conformance with the preceding sentence. Exhibitors or their representatives who fail to observe these conditions of contract or who, in the opinion of show management, conduct themselves unethically may immediately be dismissed from the exhibit area without refund or other appeal.
The rules and regulations in this contract book will remain in effect until new rules and regulations are released. The previous year’s rules and regulations are in full force until new rules and regulations are released.
