2018 DRAINAGEWAY STUDY UPDATE
The City of Westminster is currently in the process of updating a comprehensive Drainageway Study for the entire city. The firm of Enginuity Engineering Solutions, LLC. (Enginuity) has been retained by the City to assist in this effort. Work on the draiangeway assessment, the first of several phases of the study, is currently underway. This effort involves two engineers walking each tributary, creek, and gulch in order to inspect its overall health, quality, and ability to convey floodwaters. Ultimately, the plan will anticipate the community’s drainageway problems and needs over a long-term (10+ year) period.
