WHITE E-Z STRIP GLUEE-Z glue allows you to quickly adhere the rubber to the die by either using a squeeze bottle and running a bead of glue along the knife, or by dipping the rubber pieces in the glue and then applying the rubber where needed. The greatest benefit of this adhesive is during reknifing or repairs. The rubber can be easily pulled off by hand or scraped off with a wood chisel. SELF-CLEANING PUNCHES OR SIDE OUTLET PUNCHESThese punches offer an excellent advantage for stripping during the die-cutting process, assuring a clean cut while retaining the scrap within the punch. The scrap is then pushed through from other impressions of the die cutting process and released through a side opening of the punch.

ROTARY LOCK-ON DIE BOLTSDesigned especially for rotary die-cutters, these bolts have a special coating to minimize seizing, with a special pilot point for easier starting of the bolt into the die drum. They have high tensile strength so they won’t break, yet they’re soft enough to remove easily. STEEL LEADSUsed as fillers, Steel Leads fill the void when a rule is removed from a die and replaces the strength that’s been lost. It is a low steel between .500 (1/2") or .625 (5/8"), depending on the board thickness, and is available straight or curved.
