Grand Lodge of Texas

Lee Lockwood Library & Museum

Waco Scottish Rite Valley

Registration Registration will include 3 meal tickets, 1 shirt, a pin, a coin, 2 raffle

tickets, map of Waco and a ticket for one of 2 ladies events on

Saturday, along with Info on local hotels.

Sign in will start Friday at Noon at Lee Lockwood Library and

Museum and will go until 5:30pm.

PRE-REGISTRATION COST – Estimated $150

REGISTRATION AT THE DOOR COST – Estimated $200

Friday Night

Mixer will start at 5:00pm at Lee Lockwood Library and Museum –

Ladies Included.

Texas Night – Dinner to start at 6:30pm with speaker and live band to

start at 7:30pm – Ladies Included.

Menu – Full Texas BBQ - Mesquite smoked brisket, potato salad,

beans, and dessert.

Event Opens Event begins Saturday at 8:00 am at The Grand Lodge of Texas in

the main auditorium with a Grand Procession of all dignitaries and

guests.

Introductions and instructions will be given. Highlights from the day’s

speakers to be included.

Confirmed speakers – Brent Morris 33◦Grand Cross, House of the Temple – Washington DC, and Robert L. Cooper Robert L D Cooper,

FRSA, BA, FSA Scot., Curator of the Grand Lodge of Scotland Museum

and Library, Curator of the Grand Lodge of Scotland Museum and

Library.

Speeches At 9:30 am, Robert Cooper will give his presentation on the floor of

the Grand Lodge.

At the same time, Brent Morris will give his presentation in the York Rite Auditorium.

Attendees may choose which topic they wish to hear.

Robert L. D. Cooper is the Curator of the Grand Lodge of Scotland Museum and Library (Edinburgh) and is the custodian of the oldest and most precious Masonic documents anywhere in the world.

Break-out Sessions and 29th Degree

10:30 am - Classroom breakout sessions at Grand Lodge.

Those who wish may attend the 29th Degree presentation at the Lee

Lockwood Library and Museum. Transportation will be provided if

necessary.

Saturday Afternoon 12:00 pm lunch at Lee Lockwood Library and Museum – Chicken

Fried Steak Dinner.

Grand Lodge of Texas - 2:00 pm Robert Cooper will move to the

York Rite Auditorium and Brent Morris will move to the Grand Lodge

Auditorium.

At Lee Lockwood the 29th degree will start again at 1:30 pm.

3:00 pm – Meetings adjourn

Saturday Night 7:00 pm - Formal Banquet – Ladies Included

Opening prayer, Flag Ceremony, Introductions of Dignitaries

(Dignitaries to be announced and brought in under an arch of

steel). Pipers and Bearer Crew to carry in procession smoked pig

and meat for banquet.

Menu - Smoked pig, Cornish hens, baked potatoes, green beans,

salad, and dessert.

Thank You’s, short speech. Announcements of all raffle winners. Dance band.
