by Monday, February 5th
THE IMPORTANCE OF COURSE SELECTION. Students should give careful thought to their course selections because many of the courses offered next year will be based on the selections students make. Students are encouraged to seek as much information as needed from parents, teachers, counselors, and other students in order to make wise choices. Remember students should challenge themselves every year by taking a rigorous curriculum. Students must register for a minimum of 6 credits and a maximum of 8 credits per year.

How to register for classes using Academic Planner in Infinite Campus
Must complete by February 5, 2018
Step 1: Log into your Infinite Campus Account, then click on "Academic Planner" on the left. After the page opens, click on the "next" button on the right side of the page.

Step 2: When you get into your planner, you'll find a list of courses (by year) that you've taken. Enter the courses you'd like to take next year by searching for the course and adding it.
• To look up a course and read a little more about it, click on the search bar at the top of the page and type part of the course name. Let's use Latin 5 as an example.
• When you click on the course, you can read the course description and select it for the next year. Remember to review the prerequisite (the course you'd need BEFORE you can take this). Also, if it's a 2-term course (you will know if there is an A or a B after the course number), you need to add BOTH sections. {Ex: 1625A & 1625B) Music classes or classes that run every other day will have ALT after it and both sections must be added as well. {Ex: 1901A Alt & 1901B Alt)
