What’s new?

• The essential runner experience aspects of our show floor will be the first touch point as runners enter through the left of Crystal Palace – this hall will have Bib collection, T-Shirt Collection and New Balance’s official retail outlet.

• A forced floor will have runners exit New Balance, through a New York Road Runners space containing race information and our youth and community programs, prior to entering the vendor show floor.

• NYRR will have two additional footprints in the top right corner and bottom right corner, which will feature programs such as our Race Predictor, pace teams and Course Strategy sessions - programs we have built equity within over many years.

• This will pull runners across the entire floor, creating a beneficial flow for all vendors.

• The New York City Marathon has grown from a Central Park race with 55 finishers to the world's biggest and most popular marathon.

• A member of the Abbott World Marathon Majors, our event sees over 50,000 finishers from every state in America and over 100 countries around the world!

• All runners must come to our event to collect their race essentials, with a forced flow seeing an audience of almost 130K runners, their friends and family, and health enthusiasts hit the show floor.

Technology/Services

TCS has utilized the TCS New York City Marathon Expo to showcase how they, alongside NYRR, have made our event the most technologically advanced running event in the world. In 2016, TCS put runners through a 360°virtual reality of three positions along the course, preparing runners for the sights and sounds of race day. They also created an augmented course map, integrating course facts, elevation, runfographics and race day images into an interactive demonstration for up to 10 runners at a time!

New Balance have been a stable for runners to try on and purchase their running, casual and active wear lines at the TCS New York City Marathon Expo for years. With product samples, an open footprint and product experts on hand to provide insights, the booth provides an environment conducive to sales.

Consumer Products

PowerBar brings their unique flavor to the TCS New York City Marathon Expo each year, pairing sampling, with brand experts to increase awareness and education of their product lines. Providing a platform for runners to ask questions and try a variety of products is highly effective, as they are in the final stages of their training and tuned into their body’s needs. Sampling limits apply to food (1oz) and beverage (2oz).

Costs to Exhibit

• Footprints at the TCS New York City Marathon Expo are $60 per square foot and available in increments of 10’ x 10’*.

• One (1) 10’ x 10’ booth would cost $6,000.00.

• All corner locations are an additional $1,000 per corner.

• Custom packages and layouts available.

All booths come inclusive of carpet, one (1) skirted 6’ table, two (2) chairs, one (1) waste bin, 3’ side drapes and a 8’ back drape.

*This cost does not include operational expenses incurred through exhibitor services such as electricity, internet and drayage.
