Guidelines  for  Display  Exhibitors  will  receive  one  (1)  6-­‐foot  table  and  two  (2)  chairs.  All  exhibit  materials  must  be  displayed  on  or  behind  table  and  not  in  walkways  or  beside  table.    Please  coordinate  electrical  needs  in  advance  with  the  Conference  Organizers.  Facility  walls  may  not  be  used  to  display  materials.    Setup  and  Dismantle  The  exhibit  room  is  located  upstairs  in  Morgado  Hall.        Load-­‐in  Hours:  Tuesday,  March  21  |  2:00-­‐4:30  p.m.  Wednesday,  March  22  |  7:00  a.m.  (Displays  must  be  setup  by  9  a.m.)    Please  dismantle  displays  following  the  afternoon  break  on  Thursday,  March  23.    Displays  do  not  require  booth  staffing  at  all  times,  however,  we  ask  that  a  representative  be  available  during  the  breaks  to  network  with  attendees.
