Attention is invited to the subject and reference cited.

Vide reference cited, the Registrar of High Court of Judicature has requested for construction of toilets for litigant public in all the court complexes in the following 47 ULBs.

Administrative Sanction is hereby accorded for construction of One Public Toilet in each location with 2 seats (1 for men + 1 for women) seats @ Rs.98,000/- per seat and 8 urinals (4 for men + 4 for women) @ Rs.32,000/- per urinal for an amount of Rs.4.52 lakhs in each of the below mentioned locations. The location wise details are as follows:

Therefore, all the Municipal Commissioners of 47 ULBs are requested to coordinate with the court authorities to identify the place and to take up the


construction of the Public Toilets at the court compound. The commissioner is also requested to inform he site details to the undersigned to release 50% of the sanctioned amount and the balance will be released only after completion of work, geo-tagging & up dation of information in website.
