Custom Reception PackagesWe can help plan every aspect of your wedding reception! Everything from helping you find the perfect venue to selecting a color scheme! Decorations, tables, chairs, linens, centerpieces, DJ, band, bar service, and caterer…we’ve got you covered!

During your personal consultation, we will discuss your vision, ideas, and preferences for your reception. We’ll use our experience and knowledge of the local area to provide you with options and a cost estimate.

Full-Service Wedding Planning: $50/hour (8 hour minimum)

Day-of Coordination: $75/hour (4 hour minimum)

Day-of Coordination Packages: starting at $1,200Includes up to 12 hours of preparation time

Services provided by your coordinator include: • Attending two in-person or Skype meetings in addition to email and phone consultations• Creating a ceremony schedule for your venue, vendors, and wedding party.• Coordinating a rehearsal to ensure all participants are familiar with the schedule, their positions and responsibilities.• Booking vendor services and following up to confirm all details 2-3 days prior to wedding. • Ensuring set up and décor is complete and all vendors and deliveries are in place• Greeting guests, distributing programs, and ushering guests to seats as needed• Managing the flow of the ceremony to ensure guests are seated on time, parents and wedding party are in place and music starts/stops at the appropriate times.
