from the Greencorks® line, you can contribute on

saving the planet.

All objects derive from recovery and recycling of cork:

key material for wine conservation but also incredible

CO2 fixer, derived the bark of the trees.

Just think that 7 grams of cork (a bottle cap)

M A N I F E S T O

Greencorks® Project was born from an idea of

MCA & Partners Architecture Studio. It started as

a challenge from the desire to promote the theme

of sustainability and encouraging the reuse of cork.

This natural and live material can be at the same time

durable and renewable and can be recycled countless

times. After carrying out detailed studies, we can now

design ornamental items hand crafted entirely with

natural cork, which can be recomposed using natural

adhesives such as latex rubber.

The harmony between form, material, aesthetics

and environmental quality makes the Greencorcks®

collection unique and original in the panorama of

eco-design business. Cork as a material is in fact

capable of giving a special touch to each space with

its particular fragrance and its characteristic softness,

fitting perfectly in a wine cellar as well as in the

warmth of a home environment.

Da un’idea dello Studio di Architettura MCA &

Partners nasce il Progetto Greencorks®, una sfida

che parte dalla volontà di promuovere il tema della

sostenibilità, incentivando il riutilizzo del sughero, un

materiale naturale, sempre vivo, durevole nel tempo,

rinnovabile ma anche riciclabile al 100% infinite volte.

Dopo aver svolto attenti studi sul materiale, vengono

oggi progettati dai nostri designer e prodotti

all’interno di laboratori artigianali specializzati

oggetti di arredo interamente in sughero naturale

ricomposto mediante l’utilizzo di soli collanti naturali

come il lattice di caucciù.

L’armonia tra forma e materiale, tra qualità estetica e

qualità ambientale rende la collezione Greencorks®

davvero unica ed originale nel panorama dell’eco-

design. Il sughero infatti, con il suo particolare

profumo e la sua caratteristica morbidezza è capace

di donare un tocco speciale ad ogni spazio, che

sia l’interno di una cantina o un caldo ambiente

domestico.

The CORK series encompasses the true essence

of the challenge Greencorks®. From the smallest

pouffe to the higher table, the products of this series

perfectly embody the primary idea of the project:

the re-use of cork becomes matter, that than express

itself becoming shape.

With their unusual profile, these innovative design

objects are ideal to complete the furnishing of

public places such as cellars, wine bars, as well as

private spaces, giving the room an elegant touch of

originality.

La vera essenza della sfida Greencorks® è racchiusa

all’interno della collezione CORK. Dal più piccolo

pouf al tavolo più alto, i prodotti di questa linea

incarnano perfettamente l’idea fondante del

progetto: il riutilizzo del sughero si concretizza nella

materia e si esprime al massimo nella forma.

Con il loro insolito profilo questi innovativi oggetti

di design si prestano a completare l’arredamento

di locali come cantine, enoteche, ma anche spazi

privati, conferendo all’ambiente un elegante tocco di

Il tavolo ideale per spazi esterni come piazze, giardini

estivi e chioschi. Con il piano superiore in metacrilato,

collegato alla struttura portante attraverso dei piedini

in acciaio inossidabile, risulta ideale per l’aperitivo,

ma anche per banchetti. Si sposa perfettamente con

lo SGABELLO 65 della serie CORK.

The ideal table for outdoor spaces such as squares,

summer gardens and kiosks. CORK TABLE has a

methacrylate top connected to the supporting

structure through stainless steel legs bonded to

the cork. It is ideal for aperitifs or banquets and it

matches perfectly with the STOOL 65 from the CORK

SERIES.

bottles can be removed to make it very easy to clean

Amongst the items produced by GREENCORKS,

SPRITZ is a furniture items usable both as a table

and as a seat. The choice for the top varies between

fabric cushion, methacrylate hard top or eco leather

cushion.

Tra gli oggetti prodotti SPRITZ è uno degli elementi

d’arredo utilizzabile sia come tavolino che come

seduta.

Può essere scelto con cuscino in tessuto, con piano in

metacrilato o con cuscino in eco pelle.

The JAPAN table stands out for its simple and

elegant shape. Made entirely from cork, it is crowned

by a top element made of transparent methacrylate,

which makes it suitable for outdoor use.

NEPAL can be used as a coffee table or as sitting,

with the possibility to be completed with a

studiata dai nostri designer per unire praticità e

Grazie alle sue pareti di 80 mm di spessore, essa

garantisce il mantenimento a lungo della temperatura

del vino immerso nel ghiaccio.

La sua forma, unita alla morbidezza del sughero,

la rende adatta all’utilizzo anche all’interno di

Spacious and elegant, our GLACETTE is the

evolution of the bottler buckets: broad and deep,

this item has been carefully studied by our designers

to combine practicality and elegance, without

neglecting the fundamental issue of sustainability.

Thanks to the 80 mm thickness of the sides, it

guarantees the stability of the wine temperature for a

long time.

Its shape, combined with the softness of cork, makes

it suitable also for use in marine vessels.

prima.

Customizing each product is a distinctive feature of

GREENCORKS.

The characteristic dark shade of BLACK CORK is

obtained with a special roasting of the natural cork.

This high temperature process also reduces the

weight to the raw material.

agli artigiani del laboratorio di realizzazione e

personalizzazione, possiamo sviluppare il progetto

di oggetti d’arredo, sia d’interni che per vetrine, di

qualsiasi forma, realizzati interamente in sughero

ricomposto utilizzando solamente colle naturali.

We can also develop bespoke design for decorative

objects of any shape, made entirely of cork and

reassembled using only natural glues, thanks to our

Design Department and our Artisans Workshop of

creation and customization.
