2017 HOOPER AVENUE ELEMENTARY YEARBOOK December 19, 2016 Dear Fifth Grade Parent, It may be cold outside, but in terms of preparing the 2017 Hooper yearbook, June is right around the corner! The Hoop has a tradition of creating a superb memory book for its graduating class. The yearbook is done in full color and includes portraits and candid shots, as well as information about each fifth grade student. Additionally, there are pictures of club members and a “time capsule” layout featuring significant events of the preceding year. The yearbook is a treasured remembrance for our students, some of whom have spent their entire scholastic careers here! The 2017 yearbook will contain 60 pages and will include group photos of every class in the school. Students in grades K-4 will have the option to purchase a yearbook. Fifth graders will receive a complimentary copy. Each year, space is reserved in the yearbook for parents or other family members to make a “Pride Line Statement” wishing their fifth grader good luck. There are also several pages with baby pictures of our Class of 2017. We would like interested fifth grade parents to contribute one non-returnable baby photo to add to this memory book. The student’s full name should be clearly printed on the back of the photo. Please note the picture size guide on the order form on the reverse side of this paper and be sure that your picture is no larger than this. Alternatively, a high resolution digital photo can be emailed to me at [email protected]. One Pride Line Message Box: $10.00 One Baby Picture: $10.00 Both Pride Line and Baby Picture: $18.00 Submissions will be taken on a first come/first served basis. Please return the attached forms no later than Friday, February 24, 2017. Thank you. Mrs. McCarthy Media-Technology Teacher / Yearbook Adviser [email protected]
