Our manufacturing and warehouse facility in Sugarcreek, Ohio

Founded in 1990, LuxCraft began as a small business in the corner of a barn, exclusively manufacturing outdoor wood furniture. In the years that followed, as LuxCraft’s product line expanded to include outdoor structures and poly furniture, our facilities and dealer base grew accordingly. Flash forward to present day and you’ll find our product being made in a 56,000 square foot shop before being distributed to hundreds of dealers throughout the US and Canada.

So what distinguishes LuxCraft from other outdoor product manufacturers? Our first priority is quality, and all furniture and structures are built to last. With 60,000 square feet of warehouse space, we stock over

Hello! We are LuxCraft, makers of fine outdoor products, and we’re pleased to meet you!

30,000 items for immediate pick-up or shipment year round. What’s more, LuxCraft poly furniture comes with a residential lifetime limited warranty or commercial 5-year limited warranty.

Though LuxCraft is now operating on a much larger scale, employing 45 people instead of two, our core values remain the same. Each transaction is handled with integrity and focus on customer service. We build our products with emphasis on durability and longevity, then price it accordingly. Best of all, LuxCraft products are made right here in America (Ohio to be exact) so by buying our products you’re not only improving your outdoor space, but boosting the economy as well.

LuxCraft Design CenterWith the LuxCraft Design Center, you have complete control over the finished product, from size, material, and color to how the structure is delivered. Our step-by-step system ensures the process is as easy as possible. See page 21.

    Hand-Selected Natural Wood

    Low-Maintenance PVC Vinyl

    • Wood is sustainably harvested, making it a renewable resource and environmentally-friendly.

    • We only use select grade, micro-pressure treated, kiln-dried yellow pine.

    • Lumber is air-dried for five to six months to eliminate shrinkage, warping, and checking.

    • Lumber is hand-selected for maximum structural strength and beauty.

    • We use vinyl containing recycled content for a minimal environmental footprint.

    • Vinyl is virtually maintenance-free, requiring no paint or sealant.

    • A hard-wearing material, it won't rot, crack, or peel.

    • Exceptionally easy to clean: dirt can be washed away using only a sponge and a hose

Simple OperationThe 4-track window system height is divided into four vents. Glazed with a tough resilient vinyl, the vents are available in four different tints*: clear, smoke, bronze, or dark gray. The vents are all the same width, allowing them to be interchangeable, so the tinted ones may be positioned for better protection from the sun. The vertical window closes to reduce wind, rain, pollen, and sound. The units are lightweight and move effortlessly along the guide tracks, stacking up or down to allow a generous 70% ventilation opening. The windows can withstand a wind load of 75 mph.*NOTE: All windows are standard with the top three vents in clear, and the bottom vent in bronze tint. Please specify if you would like any other tint.

Virtually Maintenance-FreeThe vertical 4-track vinyl glazed window and screen system is constructed of extruded aluminum. The frames have stainless steel hardware and an integrated fiber mesh screen. The screen system covers 100% of the window, leaving no gaps for bugs to enter. All the vents are easily removed for cleaning. Do not use harsh detergents containing bleach or ammonia. Simply remove dust or grit with a soft brush or hose down with water when cleaning is needed. We also have a vinyl window cleaner and polish (made exclusively for the window system) available for your use.

Easily Repaired and Safe for KidsAlthough not likely, the vinyl can become damaged. If your kids do happen to crash into the window and puncture it, you can have that safe feeling knowing they won’t cut themselves. Simply return the damaged vent to us, and we will replace the vinyl for free!
