How to fill out the tickets

Make sure the name of the person

purchasing the ticket is on it.

Phone number of where they can be

reached if they win, this can be home

or cell phone number.

Room# or Basket# is the Basket

YOU want to try and win

Each Basket# is listed in bold on the

first line above each basket theme

and for the most part consists of one

or two letters.

*example of completed ticket

Some tickets say Room# some say

Basket#, please just list the basket

you want to win in that area.

Remember you do NOT

need to be present to win!
