In 1897, Irvine Company donated 304 oak- and sycamore- filled acresto Orange County residents, an area that ultimately came to be known

as Irvine Regional Park. That initial gift of open space became thecornerstone for the company's legacy of stewardship and conservation,

which continues to this day. The popular park offers a full menu offamily activities, including hiking and equestrian trails, softball fields,

volleyball courts, a lagoon with paddleboats, and a steam-driven train.
