Introducing ….Our new Soft Harnesses ™! Made from 100% cotton fabric on both the inside and outside, our harnesses are soft and comfortable, yet absolutely stylish! Sandwiched between the two layers of fabric is a layer of cushy polyester batting. The fabric and batting are quilted together to keep the fabric layers in place. The edges of the harness are finished with a soft cotton-blend binding. The harness has two adjustments to accommodate moderate size variations within each of the four sizes. Lap together the easy-to-use Velcro tabs to close the harness around the body. Then clip the lead to the two welded d-rings for a secure closure. Choose from our leads in the Almost Solids prints for an excellent complement to the harnesses. And, you’re good to go! (And, when needed, they are machine washable!)
Our Soft Harnesses ™ are available in four solid colors (red, navy, pink, and hunter green) with contrasting binding. They are also available in six fun and bright print combinations with contrasting binding. The harnesses are not reversible, but you can choose which print you’d like to be the top side for each of the six print combinations. All the exclusive fabric selections for the Soft Harnesses ™ are shown on page 16.
We are also offering more basic cotton prints in our Curvy-Danas™. These prints are indicated with "bandana" in blue right after the print name. So, now you can match even more collars, leads and step-in harnesses with our Curvy-Danas™!
The Natural Factor….Over the last year, more and more emphasis has been placed on the benefits of natural and organic products. The demand for natural products is no longer a trend, but has become the status quo. Consumers are committed to giving their pets the same natural products that they demand for themselves.
We are proud to have always produced products that use only 100% cotton, 100% silk and 100% organic cotton fabric against the skin. Natural fibers are soft against the skin, hypoallergenic and naturally wicking – all of which minimize skin irritation. So, we believe that using natural fibers is a much better alternative than using modern synthetics.
Lastly….Sadly, my beloved Quincy, who graced so many of our catalog covers as well as modeled (with many of his friends) our collars, died on December 1. Despite missing him tremendously, I consider myself very fortunate to have a business that started in the pet industry. What a treat to make products that spread joy by making people smile, and also provide solutions in such a comfortable and delightful manner. Thank you for your continued support for the last 18 years.
