In 2006, we started Al Bandary Engineering with a main focus on the construction sector. From modest beginnings, Al Bandary Engineering has grown rapidly, just like the state of Qatar. In the beginning, we had a workforce of few employees - today we em-ploy over 5,000 staff, many of which have been with us right from the beginning of the business.

One of the cornerstones of the business is being fully committed to staff retention and

development - they are essential components in meeting the challenges faced by the

company, and to realize the opportunities that face us today and in the future.

We are committed to providing high quality work, on time and within budget because of

Al Bandary Engineering roots lie in the construction boom of 2006 with the company being the vision of engineer Ahmad Al Rayyan, with the original vision of the company was to focus purely on the construction of properties. However the business quickly evolved with the emergence as Qatar as a major economic market.

From simple roots the business quickly developed a number of subsidiary companies,

which diversified to match the needs of the construction business. This lead to the wider

Al Bandary International Group, which currently has a number of significant companies

covering key areas such as: Construction, Real Estate, Hotel Management and Food &

beverage.

Al Bandary Engineering forms the backbone of the wider group with over 60% of engi-

neering staff forming the core of Al Bandary International Group. Since inception the

company initially focused on the construction of villa complexes, with the first contract

for work in 2006.

This successful project was followed by a key number of projects. Again, evolving with the

natural growth of the state of Qatar, Al Bandary Engineering started to win key projects

working across a wide range of buildings. These have ranged from Commercial & Residen-

Al Bandary works extensively in a number of high-rise projects around Doha. Our ded-

icated team has worldwide experience in high rise building. Consequently we have

worked on a number of these projects in the Dafna area of the city, making a mark on

the world famous skyline of Doha. Larger residential compounds are also an area in which

Al Bandary Engineering operates. We offer large-scale housing solutions to the ever-ex-

panding population of Doha. These include current projects at Al Wabb city based in the

heart of Doha.

To complement the high rise mixed use builds we are currently working on. Al Bandary

Engineering also specializes in both specialist hotel building & hotel interiors. With a need

for expanding the room numbers in Doha ahead of the 2022 World Cup. This means that

Al Bandary are having the expertise and knowledge to efficiently build and fit out hotels in

Doha. We are currently working on one such development for Hilton hotels.

One of our largest projects for Al Bandary Engineering focuses on the development of the

former Doha International Airport. This will involve a refit and build around the current

Doha International Airport building. This project represents a significant challenge for the

group and highlights the versatility of the Al Bandary Engineering group.

Whilst the Al Bandary has worked extensively in the field of commercial building develop-

ment in Qatar. These include industrial buildings along with mix use spaces such as hyper

markets and shopping centres. These develop involves a specific skillset of planning and

foresight which has been developed over the years at Al Bandary engineering.
