Certification and Terms of Award: I certify that I do not owe a repayment on any grant, am not in default on any student loan, or have made satisfactory

arrangements to repay any defaulted loan, and have not borrowed in excess of the loan limits under Title IV programs (Federal Direct Loans, Federal Pell Grant, Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant, and Federal Work-Study), at any institution.

I understand that SVC’s Financial Aid Office will communicate with me through my SVC email account after this initial mailing, and I am responsible for all information sent to my SVC email address.

I certify that I will use any funds I receive from the Federal Pell Grant, Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant, Federal Direct Loans, Work-Study Programs, State Need Grant/College Bound, and Skagit Valley College Grant Programs solely for the expenses related to my attendance at Skagit Valley College.

I understand that the offer of financial aid is subject to the availability of funds and that the Department of Education, Washington Student Achievement Council, and Skagit Valley College reserve the right to withdraw, reduce, or modify grant aid, Work Study, and/or Direct Loans due to funding limitations and/or unsatisfactory academic progress.

I understand that my financial aid will be awarded based on full-time (12 or more credits) enrollment and I am responsible for completing an Enrollment Revision Form if I will be enrolling in fewer than 12 credits for any quarter.
