A JOINT RESOLUTION
TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR, LICENSING AND REGULATION - OFFICE OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH, RELATING TO RECORDING AND REPORTING OCCUPATIONAL INJURIES AND ILLNESSES, DESIGNATED AS REGULATION DOCUMENT NUMBER 4802, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 23, TITLE 1 OF THE 1976 CODE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. The regulations of the Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation - Office of Occupational Safety and Health, relating to Recording and Reporting Occupational Injuries and Illnesses, designated as Regulation Document Number 4802, and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Article 1, Chapter 23, Title 1 of the 1976 Code, are approved.
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.

SUMMARY AS SUBMITTEDBY PROMULGATING AGENCY.
The South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation, Division of Labor, Office of Occupational Safety and Health, proposes to amend Regulation 71, Article I, Subarticle 3 to reflect changes since its promulgation.
A Notice of Drafting was published in the State Register on October 27, 2017.
