Achonry Diocesan Adoration Committee: Bishop Brendan Kelly has invited the Apostolate of Eucharistic
Adoration (National Training Team) to commence recruitment for the Achonry Diocesan committee. A Special
Information Meeting will be held in the Pastoral Centre, Charlestown on Sat. 11th

A Monument to Mother Agnes Morragh Bernard, founder of the Foxford Woollen Mills has been erected along the Agnes
Moragh Bernard Road in Foxford. The initiative to remember and honour Mother Agnes has been spearheaded by Liam Jones
and Foxford Town Enhancement Group. It will be a reminder to us and future generations of the wonderful vision, enterprise,
energy and success of this woman who left an exceptional and wonderful legacy to our community. To help defray the costs
(€1,000) anyone who wishes can make a donation c/o Liam Jones at Gannon’s or at the parochial house.
