2017 CAMPAIGN ACTIVITIES
Ideally any Friday in July 2017 as may be
determined and agreed upon by DepEd Schools
Division Superintendents, Schools DivisionSupervisors and School Heads.
DAY 1
DAY 1 – July 28 (Friday)
• Values Education/AralingPanlipunan teachers shall the urgent need for people’s participation in the comprehensive peace process using the three questions and guide pupils and students from Grade 4 to 11 in answering / filling-up of one YES FOR PEACE – BAYANIHAN NG BAYAN questionnaire during their Values Education and/or AralingPanlipunan period.
DAY 1 – July 28 (Friday)
• – Pupils/students shall beassigned to bring home enoughYES FOR PEACE – BAYANIHANNG BAYAN questionnaires andask their parents, out-of-schoolsiblings, housemates, and otherrelatives & neighbors to fill-up onequestionnaire each.
DAY 2 and 3 (Preferably Weekend) July 29 &30
• – Pupils/students shall ask theirparents, out-of-school siblings,housemates, and other relatives& neighbors to fill-up onequestionnaire each.
DAY 4(Flag raising day) July 31
• The following activities shall be undertaken:
Three (3) Supreme Pupil Government(SPG)/ Supreme Pupil Government(SSG) officers shall read one questioneach before pupils / students who shallanswer each question viva voce enmasse.
The SPG Mayor or SSG President shalllead the recitation of the “Panunumpang mga KaBayanihan ng Bayan”.
DAY 4(Flag raising day) July 31
• Homeroom officers shall collectresponses solicited by classmates.
• Homeroom officers shall tabulateand prepare eight (8) copies ofHomeroom Tabulation ofResponses under the supervisionof Values Education and/or AralingPanlipunan teachers.

• Homeroom officers shall securelypack the filled-up YES FOR PEACE– BAYANIHAN NG BAYANquestionnaires with one copy of theHOMEROOM TABULATION formailing and address it to:

• Officers of the SPG/SSG shallsummarize the results asreflected in HOMEROOMTABULATION OF RESPONSESsubmitted to them.
DAY 4(Flag raising day) July 31
• Under the supervision of theSchool Principal / Head, theSecretary and Mayor/President ofthe SPG/SSG shall prepare andcertify eight (8) sets of theSCHOOL SUMMARY OFRESPONSES and attach onecopy each of all HOMEROOMTABULATION OF RESPONSES.

• Scanned /electronic copies of brief activity reports and picturesSCHOOL LEVEL SUMMARY OF RESPONSES shall be E-Mailed tothe following before hard copies are mailed at the nearest Post.Office:

2) Inter-Agency Technical Working Group
c/o Office of the Postmaster General
3) DepEd Regional Director
4) Schools Division Superintendent
thru: SGOD Youth Formation Coordinators
5) Schools District Supervisor
6) School Principal
7) Barangay Peace and Order Council
8) Municipal Peace and Order Council
DAY 5 – August 1
• Officers of the SPG/SSG with Adviser and/or the Principal/School Head shall:
• Mail copies of the above for the following at nearest Post Office:
1) Office of the Secretary, Department of Education
2) Inter-Agency Technical Working Group c/o Office of the Postmaster General
3) DepEd Regional Director
4) Schools Division Superintendent
thru: SGOD Youth Formation Coordinators
• Submit / Hand-carry copies of the above to the following:
1) Schools District Supervisor
2) School Principal
3) Barangay Council
4) Municipal Peace and Order Council
DECLARATION OF ZONE OF PEACE
• Based on submitted reports on responses to YES FOR PEACE, Barangay, Municipal, City or Provincial Peace and Order Councils shall be urged to declare their respective Barangay, Municipality, City or Province as a ZONE OR PEACE.

DATA – BASING, PROCESSING AND EVALUATION OF RESULTS
• Results shall be summarizedand evaluated and as these arereceived by the Inter-AgencyTechnical Working Group.
• Personal Data of respondentsshall be data-based to build thenational peace constituencyclassified by community.

• The President may choose towrite a letter of gratitude to allYES FOR PEACE –BAYANIHAN NG BAYANrespondents and call them toaction for the Declaration ofZones of Peace and theconvergent, integrated andholistic delivery of community-based peace and developmentprograms and projects.

As a “show of force” of KaBAYANIHAN NG BAYAN nationwide:
• Pupils and Students shall be gathered in open spaces in campuses.
• Office, factory workers and general citizenry shall be encouraged to go to the open spaces/streets.
• “ALL TRAFFIC LIGHTS RED” or traffic-standstill shall be enforced in urban centers by PNP HPG.
• Aerial photographs shall be taken by helicopters of the PAF AFP.
• Radio and TV stations shall be requested to cover participation.
