1. What is satellite based classes?Satellite based classes are network of virtual classrooms connected via VSAT network where faculty teaches from central studio.

2. Are these classes like movie?The classes are held LIVE and you can interact with the faculty as in any face to face classes.

3. How is the Classroom setup?All centres have Air conditioned classrooms with large screen, comfortable seating/ambient lighting and quality audio setup.

4. What is video Archive?Video archive is recorded file of LIVE classes.

5. How will I get info about the change in schedule or info about extra classes?You will be regularly updated through SMS on all issues related to the course. Periodic mail communication will also be sent out at the Mal ID provided by you. The Centre Coordinators will be fully updated on all ongoing and updates. It will also be updated on our website. You can always contact our Toll free number for any assistance.

6. What is the Fee Schedule?A token Registration fee can be paid to secure the Seat. Seats are limited at each Centre. Balance fee has to be paid at the time of joining the course or shortly thereafter as per guidelines.

7. Can the faculty see & hear the students?Yes, the Faculty can constantly monitor students sitting in the class throughout the session. The Central control room is constantly viewing all classes, and recording class movement.

8. How will students ask query from faculty?Students can ask query during the class using cordless Mic provided in the centre. Instant-Chat option is used by students to send their comments and receive response. They can also use it to request live query- like in the normal class. The querying student's audio and video is also visible to all classes, so that they can hear and see the query, and benefit from it.

9. What is SAS?SAS – Student Assessment System – An application interface used for communication between faculty and students. It is also used for online MCQ tests, attendance and several other applications.

10. What is LMS?LMS – Stands for Learning Management System, it is a customize solution for videos, Classroom Notes, Home Work Questions, Quiz, Mock Test and Assessments which help the students to recall at the time of revision.

11. Are there regular assessment test & mock test?Yes, there are regular tests and assessments.

12. Can students get to meet the faculty?Yes, periodical faculty visits are scheduled for personal interaction with students.

13. Can students contact the faculty after the classes for any query?Faculty will provide information about their accessibility during the sessions. Queries can be sent on mail or through the class coordinator to the Faculty coordinator who can schedule one-on-one sessions or get the query responded to.

14. Will students be provided with study material and notes?Yes, they are included in the course fee and shall be given at the time of registration

Important points to understand 1. All the given classes are live and interactive and to run 11th, 12th and CPT only one classroom is

required as the schedule has designed accordingly.

2. One has to procure only, VSAT (Equipment to run classes) from Aldine at a very subsidized rate which is 1 Lakh plus taxes as applicable.

3. Rest of the equipment like computer/Ip Camera/ Speakers/projector or LED can be procured locally or from Aldine.

st4. Upcoming CPT live batch shall start from 1 April 2017.

5. Class 12th live batch shall start on 15th March 2017

6. Study material shall be provided by Aldine only.

7. CPT revenue share would be 40% franchise+(2% Incentive ) and 60% for Aldine out of gross receipts.

8. For class 11th and 12th revenue sharing would be 50:50

9. Incase one is running his own coaching centre for class 11th and 12th in that scenario individual specic subjects can be given on satellite classes.

10. Multiple franchises can be opened in the same city upon the discretion of the company.

11. IPCC and Final Classes shall not be given in any case.

12. Demo classes and the schedule is available on our website aldine.edu.in under Aldine learning or learning.aldine.edu.in

13. 100% classes backup shall be given to students for revision for 11th and 12th.

14. There will be no franchise fee under Exclusive franchise model.

15. Students fee can be customized as per the local level competition.

16. IFRS, ACCA, MS- Excel can be offered to the respective audience.
