    the roll out of our second round of updates to .lient.omm& the client-case manager communications

    platform 'e rst started our pilot test on three 'ees ago, !his 'ee& 'e rolled out critical case

    manager notications tools& as 'ell as organi/ation-'ide management and monitoring dashboard

    interfaces for super$isors to obser$e case manager utili/ation and identify o$erall success of the tool,

    n addition to the ne' system features for .lient.omm& 'e ha$e con$erted the four 'ees of userresearch 'e performed into a database of user attributes& ranging from case-specic mechanics to

    demography and beha$ioral characteristics& such as moti$ations and challenges, !his database 'ill

    pro$ide the foundation for an interacti$e site that 'ill allo' e$eryone from ser$ice pro$iders to case

    managers and senior le$el administration to explore an in-depth breado'n of our researched user

    population, t 'ill do so in an immersi$e& engaging format that facilitates the $isuali/ation of ey

    insights 'e ha$e gleaned, !hus& users can independently di$e deeper through a $isual clic-and-play
