Please let us know if this presents a problem.REFUNDS/CREDITS • Refunds of fees in recreational activities shall be made only if the program is canceled. Participants will receive a full refund of fees. • No refunds or credits are given when a participant withdraws from a program. • The Parks and Recreation Director on a case-by-case basis may consider a household credit request if extenuating circumstances exist, a $10 administrative fee will be withheld if approved. • Any credit issued will expire at the end of the following calendar year. • No refunds or credits are given when a participant is asked to leave due to inappropriate or unacceptable behavior.
