New Resources on Local Implementation of ESSA Social Media Toolkit National PTA has released two new resources for parents and families on how to engage in the district and school level implementation of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) now that all 50 state education plans have been approved. The first resource, A Parent and Family Guide to Local Implementation of ESSA, outlines ways that parents and families can get involved in the development of district and school education plans. The second resource, What to Ask Your District and School Leaders About ESSA, provides parents and families with a list of specific questions to ask district and school leaders about ESSA implementation.
